We love Watercolor
Rental process was easy, Darcia communicated with us as needed. We love Watercolor and will return at least 3 times per year. 2 weeks in the summer, 1 week in fall and spring.- William F from Georgetown, KY, Posted:
The setup worked well for our family which consisted of 5 adults and six kids ranging from 5 weeks to 11. Overall space and location was great. The metal staircase leading up to the loft with the kids’ beds can be a bit noisy and the WiFi was spotty in places. But those are minor things that in no way affected our enjoyment of the house. We would definitely stay again.- Tommy H from Brentwood, TN, Posted:
Stuck in the Sand
We just returned from a week stay in the house at Watercolor. The house is lovely and a nice quiet location near the Sand Hill Pool. The appliances are top of the line including the Wolf brand grill. The bedrooms are comfortable with well appointed bathrooms and the carriage house is an added bonus! We will stay there again.- Anonymous U , Posted:

Perfect for family vacation
My wife and I just finished a week long vacation here with 5 teenage boys. The house accommodated everyone comfortably and the carriage house was a fun place for the boys to hang out and play games at night. Beautiful house and very nicely furnished. Master bed was super comfortable with Restoration Hardware linens. We cooked most meals in and the commercial appliances were great, especially nice to have a stand alone ice maker. Overall everyone loved staying here and i would highly recommend 12 Blue Stem Lane in WaterColor to anyone!- James B from Bowling Green, KY, Posted:
