House is adorable and was perfect for our family!

This house is adorable and was perfect for our family.  We were on Spring Break with our kids and grandkids.  The bedroom arrangement was perfect for everybody!  The weather was cool at first and having a heated pool and fireplace was just what we needed.  The house was well stocked  - they had thought of everything - making our visit extremely comfortable for both adults and children.  Location was stellar!!  This was our first vacation with the entire family and this house made it wonderful!!

Everyone we dealt with at 30A Escapes was personable, caring and very responsive.  We had a little glitch in our reservation at first and Dylan jumped in and fixed it!  Christopher was our contact after we arrived and was excellent in getting back to us with issues.  Everything that we experienced with 30A Escapes was very thorough and top notch!

The House was Incredible!

Our family stayed at Casa Sombra and the house was incredible! This house is by far our favorite. We have stayed in various houses for 11 years and Casa Sombra exceeded all expectations.

Abbey was just incredible.  She responded to every request and made sure we were taking care of.

Such a lovely, warm and inviting home.

Casa Sombra is beautifully appointed, luxuriously comfortable, and cheerfully warm. We took full advantage of the outside fireplace, the heated pool, the oversized porch swing with beautiful lagoon view, and the double master layout. Not to mention it's a short walk to the beach! 10/10 recommend.

Great stay at a beautiful and serene beach house

Loved staying at this beach house during my family's visit to Grayton Beach. The home is a 5 minute walk to the beach so it's easy to access yet out of the way in a quiet environment that promotes relaxation. There are a lot of outdoor spaces on the property including decks in the front and back, large dining table and even a pool and an outdoor fireplace. These spaces provided a nice place for my family to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The rooms within the home are large in size, clean and decorated with the latest designs and furnishings. Kitchen contains all the essentials and then some for cooking and dining. The neighborhood is great and there are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. I recommend checking out Charingos for a cool drink after the beach or a snack before dinner. It's right down the street!

Great place for family and friends

The place was clean and well put together. The pool and waterfall feature was a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, great location and it a far walk to the beach. Customer service was great, very attentive to our needs. Only thing to be aware of is there isn’t an ice maker. Grill was great, back porch, fireplaces, upstairs porch had a swing bed for naps, quiet street, great vacation spot.

Best Vacation House!
We just spent a week at Casa Sombra with family, 6 adults and 2 small children, and we rated it as the best vacation house ever! There was more than enough space for everyone, inside and outside, and we had everything we needed. There was even a large pot we used for a shrimp boil?. The location was great. The walk to the beach boardwalk was a breeze. Our only recommendation is to minimize the weight of your beach gear as it is a long walk from the end of the boardwalk to where you set up at the gulf, and the sand is very deep! You could also set up at the lake, which is much closer, and it was great for our toddler to play in since it is shallow at the edge and calm. The house had a very sturdy wagon which was useful with hauling our gear but it was hard to push/pull through that sand! It would be better to carry backpack chairs and lightweight canopies and pull just the kids in the wagon. As far as rental agencies, 30A Escapes was great. Christopher came by to make sure we had everything we needed. We will use them again in the future. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again!

Love, Love, Love Casa Sombra
Our week was perfect! The weather, the beach, the family......all conspired to make the week the best ever. Our 30A Escapes team was excellent. They were very responsive and followed up on all of our contacts, even when it was user error! Thanks to the team for making our stay great!

Beach Bliss
Our family loved Casa Sombra. It was far better than any of us could have imagined. The rooms were spacious. The house was beautifully decorated with amazing details. Everyone felt comfortable and at home. There were so many nice spaces inside and outside to relax. There were ten of us (8 adults and 2 teenagers) and everyone was able to find a comfortable space to relax. All ten of us loved the house. We had more rain than we expected and the living spaces inside and outside made it a pleasant experience. The staff at 30A Escapes was very responsive. A special thank you to Devon for her quick response one morning when the alarm on the back door went off due to a battery issue. She responded to an early morning call (before 6:30 a.m.) and drove 45 minutes to go to the house to take care of it. Thank you so much! We had such a great time and LOVED the house!!

Casa Sombra
House met our needs perfectly. Well stocked home, pool was a hit for our grandchildren, great street for them to ride the bikes and so convenient to the beach. 30A Escapes was quick to repond with our questions and met all our needs that were requested. 100 % satisfied

Our new favorite satay on 30A

We’ve vacationed to 30a many times over the years and this was hands down our favorite spot. Great location on a dead end, 5min walk to red bar and the beach. The pool was a hit with the kiddos. The kitchen had everything we needed, the amenities were great. The two master bedrooms were great for two couples and the kids loved the bunk room. We will definitely book here again!

Wedding weekend

This property is 5 stars all around. BEAUTIFUL home with plenty of space. Great porch areas that allowed you to get away to your own space. 30A Team was very responsive to any of my questions or needs. This is a MUST rent.
