Great Location and Beautiful Rosemary Beach Condo

Our family loved staying here.  The location was outstanding with quick access to restaurants and shops as well as a 5 minute walk to the beach.  The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.  The rooftop patio is one of a kind!  We enjoyed breakfast each morning and the starry nights on the patio.  Highly recommend this rental.

Great location, beautiful accommodations, relaxing trip!

This rental was perfect for a quick trip for my family! The furnishings were elegant and well-maintained. The patio is beautiful and overlooks the neighborhood rooftops. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and the stores and restaurants on the way are adorable. Will definitely try to come here again! We love Rosemary Beach!

A fantastic condo with prime location

Lovely Getaway
The condo provided a perfect space for 5 adults and one baby - plenty of comfortable room, lovely amenities, and you can't beat the location or the patio. It was so nice to sit outside each evening on the patio and enjoy the sunsets. Very easily accessible to all of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys beach shops/restaurants. Some of the furniture looks like it could use a minor upgrade but overall, would absolutely stay here again. The 30A Escapes team was wonderful as well!

Perfect! The outdoor space is amazing!

We were looking for a large outdoor space without a huge property. The three bedrooms and living area were the perfect size for our group and the patio took it to the next level. We could work, dine, and relax outside. The location the end of Barrett Square was perfect. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Wonderful Property
Our family had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Rosemary Beach at #6 Barrett. Perfect location and very private and quiet. The deck is spectacular and the furnishings and bedding are super comfortable. It truly felt like home. We hope to be back soon!

10 outta 10 - highly recommend :-)
Our rental was in a great location, and 30A Escapes was SUPER responsive any time we contacted them. The unit itself was very well stocked for cooking and serving and any instructions we received (for parking, elevator use, bike access, etc.) was VERY detailed and descriptive. We had a short power outage during our stay (the entire block was impacted), and 30A Escapes kept us informed and up to date throughout the process. We also relied on their recommendations for services like grocery delivery through Beach Butlers and in-home chef services like eclat30a. These were amazing recommendations and we're so glad we trusted in 30A Escapes for this trip. Top notch, white glove service throughout our stay, without a doubt. 10 outta 10 - highly recommend :-)

Fantastic Condo & Location
This condo is in a great location by all the shops in the heart of Rosemary. It is decorated nicely, extremely clean and the Viking appliances are a plus. The management company is very professional. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo in Rosemary Beach

We rented the unit with another couple from Dallas to attend a wedding. Several other couples were also staying in RB and we invited them up to the balcony for a glass of wine before the wedding. They were wowed. Cannot say enough good things about the unit. Reasonably priced, spacious, immaculate and a quick walk from the beach.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved this place! So beautiful and comfortable. Lots of space for a family of five (three teenagers). Everything is within walking distance of the condo and the rooftop is a nice added feature to the property for sunbathing, family dinners, or just relaxing in the evening. The only downside to this property was the washer had a smell to it, but that’s not uncommon for front loaders and wouldn’t keep me from rebooking. Will book with 30A Escapes again!

Thanksgiving 2024

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent—great space, clean, great location, responsive staff. Upon check-in, there were several codes to obtain key, get into building and operate the elevator. It was confusing at first, but we figured it out. We would stay again.

My wife and I brought our almost 2 year old to the beach with my parents for a wonderful week in Rosemary Beach. You simply can’t beat the location, right on the square and a 5 minute walk to the beach or pool. The property is fabulous and the roof deck was amazing for relaxing after long days in the sun. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent condo - spacious for our family (two teens, two parents) fabulous terrace - so nice to have an outdoor “room” for eating meals, morning coffee, sharing cocktails with friends, reading and relaxing. Great location. Good communication with property managers/ company

This property had every amenity you could want! The rooms themselves were excellent, clean and stylish. All of the appliances and fixtures are updated and made for a really luxurious feeling stay. The location is in a super fun area of Rosemary beach, lots of shops and restaurants within a few steps. The location on the back of the building provides quiet and privacy when you want it as well. The walk to the beach was easily managed by everyone in our group, from 3 to 60 years old, and the route included a lot of cute shops and places to stop in the shade if you needed to. We would highly recommend this property, and would stay here again to experience even more of Rosemary Beach.

What a Wonderful stay! Close and walkable to everything we needed yet peaceful and private with such a spacious and serene private loft-patio!! We made good use of the bikes and did some exploring too. The condo was just fantastic!! Thank you and we really hope to be back soon!
