Introducing the "Jewel of Oleander" a brand new construction luxury rental property.  As you open the front door you will be greeted with grand 12ft ceiling living space and breathtaking serene gulf views. This house features 9 bedroom and 10 bath with a game room, upscale furniture and living areas on each floor. Gulf views appoint every living space with wet bar areas and mini refrigerator’s. Outdoor it also features large saltwater and heated swimming pool with full out door grill and green play area for corn hole and volleyball games etc. It doesn't stop there it also has access to beach with private board walk to walk in to and outdoor shower. The grand chefs kitchen has double refrigerators for convenience, ice maker, 50 bottle wine cooler, and a large island that seats 4 guests. The dining table hosts 10 guests with views of the pool and gulf and adjacent to the living room featuring an over-sized sectional for ample seating.  

Ascend to the second level via the elevator, where two Gulf-front master suites await, each adorned with a king-size bed and a private en suite. These suites grant access to a balcony, inviting you to savor the gentle Gulf breeze. Additionally, a third king-size guest suite with its own en suite awaits. This level also features a bunk room, accommodating six guests with two full-size beds accessed via ladders and a king-size bed underneath, all with an en suite. Another bunk room on this level accommodates 12 guests in three full-size bunk beds, also with its own en suite. A cozy living room with a wet bar and a laundry room add to the convenience and comfort of this floor.

Retreat to the third floor, where two more Gulf-front master suites await, each featuring a king-size bed and a private en suite. A living room with a mini fridge and comfortable seating offers a relaxing space for gathering. Additionally, there's another bunk room with two twin bunks, accommodating four guests, and a shared hallway bathroom.

With a total capacity to host 34 guests, this luxurious vacation rental boasts nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can experience the splendor of the "Jewel of Oleander"!

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
4) If you rent for a wedding or wedding function, there is a non-refundable $500 event fee.
