The house was much larger than we expected, and check-in time was earlier than we anticipated. We had a great experience with guest services, as they responded to a couple of issues we had right away. The house layout is much larger than what the pictures showed. It's only a 100-foot walk to the beautiful white sand beach. We had plenty of parking for 5 full size SUV's and 4 - 6 seater golf carts. I would recommend this house to anyone and 30A Escapes is a great company to work work.

We stayed in PCB for a week and loved it. A small issue in the home, after check in, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Within minutes, we were enjoying our time in the home because of their quick response to our situation. House was clean and location was perfect. We will definitely stay with 30A again.

The house was unbelievably nice. Very clean, open and spacious. The views were breathtaking and the place was right on the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom except for bunk rooms. The elevator worked great for moving luggage in/out. Loved the chairs and umbrellas down on the beach. The washer/dryer on each floor made it. Wet convenient. The host was very good and answered questions very quickly. We will definitely be back.

We had fabulous time in this brand new house, it has it all gorgeous views thru out the house , well equipped kitchen with pantry ,out door grill and heated pool with centralized sound system in all three levels and green area for kids to play with corn hole and volleyball .

This house is prettier in person . Fabulous house with 4 master suites with gulf views . My favorites were the heated saltwater swimming pool with a built in lounge, the outdoor built in kitchen , centralized Sonus sound system through out the house, the high end , classy interiors , and the huge showers like spa.

We had fabulous time staying in this house. This house has it all ,from spectacular gulf & sunset views, serene and luxury interiors . My favorite was waking up in bed with Gulf view and colorful sky . We had great time spending time with family in salt water heated pool , grilling and streaming favorite music on centralized sound system .

Let me start by saying that NO WORDS will ever describe how well this company treated us. We stayed at 'Jewel of Oleander' and while we booked it for the beachfront property, top notch bedrooms, and amenities located on property, the highlight of our visit was how we were treated by 30a Escapes when they had 0 obligation to go so above and beyond.

For context, apparently my group was the first to stay at this property and, a few days prior to our visit, I got a phone call from Mary who said they would like to do something special for us to celebrate the property opening. They asked me what we were celebrating, if we had any children with us, and what we like to do while on vacation. After giving a few answers, I assumed that maybe they would have a handwritten card or even a charcuterie board when we arrived. That alone would have been so thoughtful, but this company does NOT settle for the simple and ONLY the extraordinary.

When we arrived, they had a handwritten card, champagne, beach towels for the adults to keep, beach towels with small toys for the 5 children, and for the grand finale, THEY EVEN SETUP A BONFIRE WITH TIKI TORCHES, SMORES, AND FREE PIZZA FOR US ON ONE OF OUR NIGHTS. What kind of company would do something like that you may ask? My answer: A company that cares for their guests, values the money and time that we spent, and a company that is WHOLE HEARTEDLY deserving of your booking. (Like seriously, why have you not booked yet?)

To conclude....

1) Mary, you are amazing. I probably messaged you way too much and you just had such patience, hospitality, and grace with me and my group. The whole team at 30A Escapes are just wonderful.

2) This will go down as the best guest service I (or anyone else in my party) have ever received. Seriously, we kept asking ourselves "why are they doing all of this for us?" and it is just because they care that much.

3) The location is great! Just a short car ride to all the best spots. Private enough during busy season where it doesn't feel too touristy while still being close to all the excitement.

4) The beds, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, game room, elevator, balconies, and living room were like staying at a 5 star resort.

To finish off with a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, "True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests.” There is no doubt in my mind they they gave the best that they had to offer. I would trust 30a Escapes with any vacation. They are worth it. Thank you again!
