Joy to the Beach!

Location and Accommodations are Aweseome

This was just the perfect experience. Literally steps to the best beach access for miles, several restaurants (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee, Pizza by the Sea and more....plus 10 minute walk to Local Catch, Goat Feathers or Vue on 30A). Also the area is super convenient drive to Publix and Walmart on 98 for provisioning, and Shunk Gulley Liquors is hop, skip and a jump across the street. :) Now - here's the deal on house - it is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfy (even the twins and the bunks!). We loved that there were two king beds in the house, making this a perfect spot for 2 families. Having the grill in the backyard was also great for nights in! The 2nd and 3rd floor balconies offer views of the Gulf, and are a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails! The house was spotless, and newer compared to other properties we've stayed in! We'll definitely be returning for some more Joy to the Beach! in the future!

Location! Location! Location!
Our stay at "Joy to the Beach!" was wonderful and relaxing. The owners did a great job of decorating the house and management company was very welcoming. The beautiful white shores of Blue Mountain beach were just a few steps away. The sunsets were awe-inspiring. Lot's of fun times were had at Shunk Gulley's, Local Catch & The Perfect Pig, all just a short walk away. We enjoyed good live music (every night), great wine and enjoyed just hanging out in the cool blue bar chairs on the 3 balconies (with views of the beach!). We bought plenty of food from the nearby Publix and Walmart and enjoyed cooking it on the brand new patio grill. We'd stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Highly Recommend
Our family had a wonderful time in the Santa Rosa Beach area and we highly recommend staying at “Joy to the Beach!”. The place was recently built and in immaculate condition. This area of the Florida gulf coast in west 30A is unique without the typical high-rise condominiums and chain restaurants/stores. The beach was only a short walk away with a public entrance and lifeguards on duty. On the way to the beach, You’ll walk past two great restaurants being Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Reservations for dinner are recommended. There is also a pizza place and Sunrise Coffee nearby. A concrete trail runs alongside 30A in both directions that is great for running, walking or cycling. The rental has three bikes available for use along with a very handy wagon and chairs to take to the beach. In addition to balconies on the front of all three floors, an outdoor shower and grill are available for use on the back patio. I give “Joy to the Beach!” a perfect rating and we’ll definitely be back next year! Family from Texas

Wonderful place to stay!
This house was wonderful! It felt new, clean, and had every amenity we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was well-stocked in the kitchen with plenty of cookware, working appliances, and even sharp knives! There were also plenty of bath linens which was much appreciated for a week long stay. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the layout of the house was great for our family. The outdoor shower was a blessing after a full beach day and made cleanup less stressful. The location was perfect - a quick trip to the beach, 30A, and 98. This house will be at the top of our list when we come back to 30A!

Location, Location, Location & Adorable
Amazing experience, so close to the beach and easy access (no steps to get onto the beach!), plus bathroom access at beach! Amenities so close by -- whether a coffee in the morning (local coffee shop on the corner), bikes to rent, breakfast or dinner restaurants, and a small market make this such an easy place to visit and enjoy every moment of your beach time. Beautifully decorated and open layout make the most of enjoying time with your friends or family. We can't say enough about this location, you'll love it.

Perfect vacay
This area of 30A is such a nice relief from the crowded and hectic areas of Seaside and Rosemary with all the same amenities; beautiful beach (with restrooms and handicap ramps!), restaurants and shops within walking distance, bike trails you can ride on without having to dodge people every five feet and some of the most amazing scenery on 30A. I highly recommend Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Stinky's and the Vue for some amazing meals. The house is beautifully decorated with attention to all the details from a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils, serving pieces and high end appliances to the very nice linens and comfy beds. You feel at home from the minute you step into the house. All of the beach accessories were a nice add so we didn't have to buy them while we were down there, we did rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach one day which was also a nice way to spend the day without having to take everything down to the beach in the beach cart. The beach is literally steps away and the sunsets there are amazing! I can't wait to go back!!

Great Get Away! Lovely home, perfect location.
"Joy to the Beach" is just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa that offer a bathhouse, umbrella rental and easy beach access. On the way, you pass restaurants, bars, shopping and a package store. After a day at the beach returning to the private outdoor shower to wash away the sand is perfect. The beautifully decorated home has a well-equipped kitchen, soft linens and comfortable beds. Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee on one of the three balconies, the top two offer ocean views. "Joy to the Beach" was the perfect getaway... we highly recommend finding your joy here too.

The perfect vacation getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Joy to The Beach! Home is so beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. So convenient also to lots of great restaurants (local seafood, pizza, coffee) and shops. All these were walking distance so we didn't have to drive but a short drive away are other local great spots and grocery stores. The Blue Mountain beach community is more relaxed than other spots on 30A, not as crowded and the traffic isn't as busy - that was a big plus. Will definitely come back to this perfect beach getaway!

Joy to the beach is a heavenly place
Beautifully appointed vacation home. Clean with fully stocked kitchen, cable tv Netflix in each room, stereo system piped in the outdoor backyard. Beautifully kept backyard with fence and barbecue grill. 3 bicycles to ride around town. 5 minutes walk to sugar sand beach of Santa Rosa. One of the best vacation rental I ever experienced, felt like home away from home. I highly recommend any family of friends to rent this property to feel at home and enjoy the 30A restaurants and beaches in just walking distance

Would Rent Again!
Wonderful rental, with a well stocked kitchen (includes crock pot and cast iron pan), trendy decor, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was super easy. As of 4/17/22 there was new construction next door, so views from the balcony are obstructed. There is some noise during business hours as well.

Had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved the shops and the restaurants nearby. The beach is stunning and it feels as if we were staying in the Caribbean. Love the Florida panhandle and look forward to returning. Thank you!

We love this beautiful home!
We sure do love this beautiful home! We had a wonderful quiet week filled with sunshine, surf ,and just a bit of rain at the end. We loved walking to the Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, Sunrise Coffee and of course the beach! We grilled several nights and we love the grill! We are so refreshed and relaxed and can’t wait until our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The location is perfect and we loved biking to nearby towns. The kitchen here as well stocked and was much appreciated. 38 is one of our favorite places to visit. We can’t wait to return to the Emerald Coast and Joy To the Beach.

One of our most favorite Thanksgiving trips!
We had an amazingly relaxing time during our stay here at Joy to the beach. The beach being right across the street, great restaurants, not to mention this beautiful haven that we called home for the week, made this trip so wonderful. Everyone had a super soft bed to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we needed to make sure our Thanksgiving dinner didn’t miss a beat. Another major plus was the garage of beach accessories. Had Much Joy at This Property
The house is in a great location. An easy walk to the beach. The small shed in the back yard has several beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a wagon-cart to easily pull them to the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Nice size bathrooms with great showers. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. The back yard has two tables to accommodate groups of 8. The grill was easy to start and worked well for steaks, burgers, chicken and more. The surrounding village had plenty of restaurants, bars and other shops. Top Notch property!

The house was perfect for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed the location and being able to walk to so many different places. Walmart and Publix is just down the road which was very convenient. The bikes were a nice asset for us to use too. The just was amazing and answered my questions within minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable rental
Joy to the beach was a joy to stay in! Super clean house with comfy beds and large bedrooms. The stocked kitchen is helpful for cooking and the grill on the patio worked great for New Year’s Eve steaks! We loved how convenient and close it was to the beach, restaurants, and walking trail. We saw several sunsets which were stunning! The vibe in Santa Rosa beach is relaxed and laid back, which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved everything about this rental and the fact it was pet friendly was a huge bonus! We definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you!
