Excellent for Large Group

We stayed at this Seacrest Beach property with a large group of adults who were attending a music festival. The layout is perfect. Every room has a private bath and a shared balcony. The common areas allow for gatherings without crowding. The pool is great - loved the Shamu shelf! The location on the cul de sac/corner ensured ample parking. We did have some issues with the power (have to reset breakers occasionally) and some minor things around the house (dishwasher was leaking and back door doesn’t latch properly without some finessing). Nothing too disruptive. Overall, we were very pleased and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great for groups of friends

We loved the property layout. Every room having access to a bath was a fantastic option. The double fridges and double dishwashers made food prep seamless. The large entertaining space was great. We had a small problem with the dishwasher but the 30A Escapes property manager responded immediately and the repair person arrived within 30 minutes. Outstanding service.

What an amazing house!

We were 5 families, a total of 22 people, who spent beautiful 4 days at this house. It is apparent that a lot of though was put into every detail, in an effort to make the stay a pleasant one for the guests. The location is also great - 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely come again.

Great Space and Accomodations

'Ocean's Eight' is perfect for large groups. All rooms have their own bathroom and most rooms have king beds which is great for groups with multiple couples. The area is quiet and close to the beach. Angela, our Guest Service Ambassador, was very accommodating when I misunderstood checking out issues. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach House for family vacation

Short walk to the beach. The 30A team was responsive when we had minor needs or questions. We had a breaker trip and could not find the cause and they had somebody at the house within 45 minutes on a holiday which was quite impressive. Will use 30A again.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a great time staying at Ocean’s Eight. There was plenty of room, lots of seating at dinner time. The pool was so fun and the proximity to the beach was perfect! I just need to mention the water coming out of the faucets is very HOT, like scalding and not all of the tvs work, but that’s easy to fix in sure. We would definitely go back!

Oceans Eight
Been vacationing in the area for over 40 years. Oceans Eight is by far the most accommodating place that we have stayed. The house, communication and service was exceptional in every way!!

Perfect House
We've been visiting the south walton beaches for 20 years and this is the best house we've found! It has 2 large dinning tables, 2 refrigerators, and a separate ice maker in a large pantry. Great kingsize bedrooms with very comfortable bedding, a block from the beach, on a quiet street, and a fun pool and grill. Very roomy and 30AEsacpes took care of any issures, ie smoke detector battery, within the hour. Highly recommend!

Our Group enjoyed our stay. Loved the layout of the home especially that all rooms had bathroom access and a lot of king beds. Decor in the home was beautiful and matched the beach house theme. Kitchen was also nicely stocked. Overall beautiful home and would definitely stay there again.
