Perfect Beach Rental for large group
Great option for your next beach vacation! This home is very special in that the front of the home has beach access and the back of the home is on a fresh water lake. It even has its own dock! Beautifully maintained and thoughtfully updated, this lovely home is very comfortable and relaxing. One of my favorite things to do is to watch the sun set on the roof top. Its stunning! Another is to wade in the sand and water where the Gulf and the lake separate- it s just so neat! Other amenities include a private pool and hot tub. There are lots of bedrooms and sleeping spaces accommodate a large group. The Owners have taken great care in equipping and furnishing the home to make it feel cozy and beautiful. Once you come stay, you will want to come back again and again. There is just nothing else quite like it.

Such a retreat …
This beautiful home in Santa Rosa checks off all the boxes for a peaceful and inviting retreat with family and friends. When you walk though the front entrance , the large open gathering area and kitchen are illuminated with all the natural light . So many windows with vast sunny water views from every direction . The kitchen is stocked really well with plenty of dining and countertop seating.The decor is modern and warm and perfect for gathering . The large bedrooms are very comfortable crisp and clean . What’s unique about this property , is the direct access to the lake right out the back doors . Paddle boards and kayaks can be navigated through the waterway directly to the gulf waters and beach . Otherwise , the walk from the front porch to the ocean takes only a few minutes .Tucked away oversized bunk room for younger guests appeals to many . The very large primary bedroom suite offers privacy , and the spacious rooftop sunsets are stunning . Dock ‘ N Dune ‘s amenities and beautiful location make for a restful and exhilarating beach vacation .

Great for Reunions and Multiple Family gatherings!
We have been coming to this home for years. It works great for multiple families or even family reunions. Our kids love to fish, kayak and paddle board in the lake. They often kayak from the back dock to the outfall and ocean (all watercraft can be easily rented, but we usually bring our own.) This home is truly the best of both worlds! The pool and hot tub are a nice options, too. The home is beautifully furnished and has designer touches throughout! With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms this home truly accommodates a large group. The kitchen, dining and pantry are well appointed with plenty of space to cook and entertain. The bunk room on the bottom floor is my kids’ favorite to share with their friends. Toasting sunsets on the top deck are a daily must! We cannot wait until our next visit. This home and it’s location is truly special!

Awesome vacation rental
In September, I vacationed with a large group and the accommodations were superb. There are many bedrooms, and even more balconies and porches with beautiful views of the beach and lake throughout. The modern kitchen opens to a large dining space and beautiful living room. The bedrooms are also roomy with very comfortable mattresses and bedding in each. This home sits in a quiet area but is located between nearby Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach. One can bike or take short drives to enjoy shopping, great restaurants, open markets and more in Seagrove and in these other fun beach towns. Vacationing at Dock ‘N Dune is peaceful, relaxing, private and in a great location for biking, fishing, paddle boarding sunbathing and more! The home is beautiful, and I hope to return and to stay even longer next time.

Great experience

Enjoyed our time at this 30A vacation rental. It's in a quiet / private location but close to lots of fun things.  Super easy to get to the beach and the views are amazing.  Hope to return soon!

Spacious Rental Perfect for Large Families and Gatherings with Friends!

Our family of six stayed here last summer with my parents and another family of four and could not have been more pleased with the house. We had plenty of space so that we were not on top of each other, and the kitchen was well appointed with an adjoining dining room and living area with plenty of seating for all of us to gather for meals. The view of the lake and the sunset from the top deck was amazing, and beach access was a short, easy walk. There was plenty of dining and shopping nearby that was accessible in under ten minutes by car or bike. With four grade school kids, we love to vacation with other families and this is a house that has everything we needed to be able to do that. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Group Retreat Space!
Perfectly situated between the ocean and the bay, Dock-N-Dune has been a perfect fit for my beach yoga retreats for the past two years. The rooftop offers breathtaking views for sunrise and sunset classes and meditations. Just steps from the front door, we did beach prayer walks and treasure-hunting guided meditations on the ocean side. The private bayside dock allowed easy access for paddleboard yoga classes. From the bunk rooms to the private master suite, there is plenty of room for a large group to choose from the fellowship of bunking together or the privacy of their own room. Excellent location to travel to dine out at local favorite spots and the kitchen is roomy and well stocked for dining in as well. Cannot say enough....whether a large family or group THIS spot is an excellent choice.

Fantastic views & location

Your location was perfect for our children ages 21 to 4 years old to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the lake. Breathtaking panoramic views from the 4 th floor ! We fished , kayaked & surfed the waves.
