We had a wonderful adventure to the Beach in this beautiful cottage! Spotless and beautifully furnished i - it made the perfect back drop for the short walk to the beach area....and bike rides over to 30A. This rental has all that you will need to make some wonderful memories with your family! The home had everything we needed. The layout was good for our two families. Everyone had plenty of room. Everything was perfect. The only word of advice is do not use Vacayzen for beach chairs as they recommend. Vacayzen will only set up in public beach and with this house you have private beach access. Why would you walk down to be in public beach…We used Jay’s Beach Service and he was amazing! Also, I would recommend they update the picture from the 4th floor landing. Beautiful House
Beautiful well decorated and equipped house with lots of space to lounge. Enjoyed the 4th of July Fireworks on the beach and on the 4th story. The private beach access is 1 minute away and there is a private area for the residents so it is not crowded like Rosemary Beach is. Enjoyed the bikes that come with the house as well. Q: If we rent a golf cart, can we use it around this community? Also, can we access 30A from here via golf cart?- Matt R. Posted: 03/31/2021A:Hello Matt, thank you for your interest in our Inlet Beach Vacation Rental, 'Dune Our Thing'! This property would not be ideal for renting a golf cart, in our opinion. You cannot drive a golf cart on Hwy 98, which is what you need to use to get to 30A. Hwy 98 is very busy and too dangerous for a golf cart, you would be best suited to drive your car to 30A or the beach cruisers! It would take you about 5-10 minutes to ride the bikes to 30A and there is a sidewalk the entire way, along Hwy 98 to get to 30A.

This property is 1.3 miles from the town center of Rosemary Beach and then Seacrest Beach is just a minute walk past Rosemary. There is a sidewalk the entire way, along HWY 98, to get to 30A.
