Great house. Every bit as nice as the photos indicate. Living room and kitchen are large and comfortable. TV and wi-fi worked well. Master bedroom in particular is amazing, but the other bedrooms were good too. Quality construction. Great location. 30A rental staff was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

This house fit our needs perfectly for 2 families! We had a great week. Loved using the fireplace in the courtyard at night. Rosemary’s system of only 2 key cards was a little bit of a pain but we managed. Overall a great place to stay!

We loved our stay! The house was great and we liked how the bedrooms had a good separation from the living room as we all had different bedtimes and wake-up times. The courtyard was a wonderful space to hangout, have dinner, and it helped to contain the little ones in our family.

Perfect size for a family of 4 or 2 couples/adults with 2 comfortable king sized beds. Awesome location in a private gated area. It is a 3 minute walk to the pool and beach. 5 minute walk/bike ride to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys beach. Easy check in process received a text with the door code, although it was a little late, it was still easy and check out was simply locking the door. Convenient chair and umbrella rental set ups available on beach and 2 bikes are provided. Even has a washer and dryer which was very nice. My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig coffee/tea maker, and leave a couple of laundry pods. Cannot wait to go back.

Loved the house - super open living space made it perfect for entertaining! Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. Favorite part of the house was the courtyard and fireplace - we were out there every night! Loved the convenience of the location. Can’t wait to come back!

This house made the trip awesome - the kids LOVED the bunk room, the outdoor shower was a HUGE plus, and the outdoor area was phenomenal for both adult and kids dinners, as well as hanging out with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed. It was beautifully decorated, yet somehow still kid friendly without a bunch of breakable decor. Would definitely stay here again!!

Thanks so much for providing such a well-cared for, perfectly decorated home, with all of the necessary cookware, linens and amenities for a most comfortable stay. Rosemary Beach is always a family favorite and never disappoints! Also, homes like Summer Cottage are what make our stays so amazing! Summer Cottage is in the perfect location. Its proximity to the beach, pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and Rosemary’s main street can’t be beat! Not to mention, we love to ride our bikes everywhere and we each were provided a bike during our stay which also made for easy access to all of the other shopping and restaurant offerings in the area. In addition, I haven’t slept as well as I did there in my own home (the mattress was so comfortable). Thanks again for sharing your home with us for the week! We will definitely be back!
