Perfect beach house in Rosemary!

Awesome Trip

This house made the trip awesome - the kids LOVED the bunk room, the outdoor shower was a HUGE plus, and the outdoor area was phenomenal for both adult and kids dinners, as well as hanging out with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed. It was beautifully decorated, yet somehow still kid friendly without a bunch of breakable decor. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Rosemary Beach Cottage for a Girls Tennis Weekend!

Loved the house - super open living space made it perfect for entertaining! Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. Favorite part of the house was the courtyard and fireplace - we were out there every night! Loved the convenience of the location. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location!

We loved our stay at the Summer Cottage. The location is ideal for the indoor pool, especially during colder months. The whole process was very professional, and we would certainly stay there again.

We loved our stay at The Summer Cottage

Perfect size for a family of 4 or 2 couples/adults with 2 comfortable king sized beds. Awesome location in a private gated area. It is a 3 minute walk to the pool and beach. 5 minute walk/bike ride to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys beach. Easy check in process received a text with the door code, although it was a little late, it was still easy and check out was simply locking the door. Convenient chair and umbrella rental set ups available on beach and 2 bikes are provided. Even has a washer and dryer which was very nice. My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig coffee/tea maker, and leave a couple of laundry pods. Cannot wait to go back.

Really Enjoyed our Stay!

We loved our stay! The house was great and we liked how the bedrooms had a good separation from the living room as we all had different bedtimes and wake-up times. The courtyard was a wonderful space to hangout, have dinner, and it helped to contain the little ones in our family.

Perfect week!
This house fit our needs perfectly for 2 families! We had a great week. Loved using the fireplace in the courtyard at night. Rosemary’s system of only 2 key cards was a little bit of a pain but we managed. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful!

Loved everything about Rosemary Beach. Had a few hiccups with the property, but overall a beautiful home and great location. Easy walk to the beach and square. Biking was the best! Definitely well satisfied and happy!

Great Stay at Summer Cottage

We recently stayed at the Summer Cottage for a week and had a great time. The house was clean and plenty of space for our family of four adults and two small kids. Conveniently located and all around a great week!

Summer Cottage
Great house. Every bit as nice as the photos indicate. Living room and kitchen are large and comfortable. TV and wi-fi worked well. Master bedroom in particular is amazing, but the other bedrooms were good too. Quality construction. Great location. 30A rental staff was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
