HP 34E On the Gulf

I have been coming to the 30-A area for over 25 years, and "On the Gulf" is hands down the best place I've ever stayed. ..the best view, the most well-equipped, the best amenities, the best property landscaping, on and on. As a single person, I always felt completely safe when I'm there. It's gated and very quiet, close to restaurants and shopping. It's my all-time favorite place to stay.

Great Say on the beach

We were looking for a condo with a balcony on the beach and this unit did not disappoint. The unit was just as described. It was clean giving us confidence in safety. The unit was well appointed. The balcony was great. The complex was very nice and walking distance to a lot. At this strange time, it was also not very full so we could avoid crowds. Great place to stay.

Thanksgiving get away

This was a perfect place for family of four. We spent The Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is nicely equipped, although toaster could use an upgrade. The property is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, walking and biking. Beach rentals were also very easy. Only problem we had was that air conditioning went out. With mild temperatures, it was not too much of a problem. The property manager was immediately responsive to arrange the service call the next day.

Spring Break

Great location! Bikes to rent on the property! Easy check in and check out. Grill on the property was great. Condo was exactly what we were hoping for.

What a Wonderful Week!!!! You simply can't ask for a better Beach Location! We parked our car upon arriving and we never got back in the car until our departure. The Condo is perfect for a Beach Lover, Shopper and lover of good food and drinks. Thank you High Point for another Great Week!!!

Fantastic Week

We spent a week in late April and could not have asked for a better location and housing that we had. The view from the balcony was to die for and we left the doors open to hear the sounds of the surf. The location was so close to all the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked even though we do no cooking; only breakfast. The furnishings were very nice, clean, and spacious. Hope to come back again.

Great Condo!
Everything about this condo was fabulous...the oceanfront view, beautiful furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, etc. High Pointe is perfectly located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Restaurants and shopping were walkable. Will definitely stay at High Pointe and this specific condo again! 30A Escapes is wonderful to work with.

Amazing location, effortless vacation for young family with small children

We have two young children, a three-year-old and a one-year-old and wanted something easy that was on the beach, allowing us to go back-and-forth for knots, etc.. This was the most perfect place that we could’ve imagined. It’s proximity to the beach, crabby, Steve’s, the pool and Rosemary and Secrest town was perfect. We literally did not have to use our car once entire time we were there and could walk or ride bikes really wanted to go but given how amazing the view was from our apartment. We never felt like we need to leave very far from where we were. Waking up to the ocean every morning was absolutely amazing. I’m going to sleep every night with the sunset was so peaceful. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Great for families!

Great Condo!
This was our first trip to the 30A area and the condo was just what we were looking for! We stayed with our 2 adult kids and found the unit, complex and entire area great. The unit was ocean front and a quick walk (through the restaurant) to the beach. The beach attendants had our umbrella and chairs set up each day which was great. They did let us add a couple of chairs behind the other 2 so that we could all use the umbrella shade. The pool wasn't crowded and was clean and nice. (Both the ocean and pool were bath water temp in August, which we didn't know coming from the PNW) There are a lot of great restaurants close by and we took a trip to Destin for some more shopping. The unit was clean, A/C was cool, and the wifi was fast (husband worked all week) and it was very appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at the property for a girls trip. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a super convenient location. The pool was above and beyond expectations! I was shocked at how big it was. I've stayed at places before where the pool looks huge in the pics, but are disappointing in person. Not this time! Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway x 3

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Condo! The location was perfect between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on the beautiful 30a. The condo and furnishings were adorable and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Was a sweet and very private place that was not as busy as the other places on 30a, which is a plus for rest and relaxation, but can still walk to the amazing restaurants! Loved it and will look at it again in the future.

Awesome place and location

Super location in the middle of Rosemary, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Right on the beach and amazing views from the balcony. Unit was clean and comfortable.
