Located in the private gated community of Watersound West Beach ''Moon Landing'' will fulfill all your beach vacation dreams with access to the secluded beaches through Deer Lake State Park. This cozy beach cottage is the perfect family vacation with an open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas that lead to a screened in porch featuring comfortable outdoor couches and dining table for six. The dining table inside seats eight with four additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.
The first floor features a master suite with a king size bed and en suite with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The first floor also has a half bath and laundry with a full size washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find a second living room space and hang out. The master suite on this level has a king size bed and private en suite with dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. The two guest suites both have king size beds and private en suites, one with a walk in shower and one with a shower/tub combo.
Take the bikes and cruise over to the community pool or head to the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful walk to Deer Lake State Park where you will walk over the dune lake and sugar white dunes of 30A! Watersound West Beach Community features a community pool, boardwalks, two parks, boardwalk to the beach.

Perfect, family friendly beach rental!
My husband and I brought our 1.5 year old daughter for a week at Watersound West. This property is WONDERFUL!! Beautifully furnished and well decorated, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach chairs and toys! You won’t have to bring anything other that beach towels and sunscreen for a great time! 30A Escapes was very responsive and informative. The guest portal gives you restaurant recommendations and information about the property that we found to be very helpful. Each room in the house has a private bathroom, large closet, and king size bed. Perfect for a large group or family! We spent our nights on the screened porch playing games and enjoying the calming, quiet surroundings. An easy bike ride gets you to the beach quickly and the pool is so so conveniently close! Wonderful girls getaway!
This home has it all! Moon Landing is beautifully decorated, clean and has tons of extras! The open floor plan was perfect for all of us to gather and visit. The kitchen is fully stocked and the separate ice maker and extra refrigerator in the garage were very handy. We enjoyed the screen porch for coffee in the morning and to relax in the evenings. We rode the bikes to the beach and the golf cart to the pool and surrounding restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and carts -everything you need for a perfect day at the beach! The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach is clean and not crowded. We really had a wonderful time and will defiantly be coming back to Moon Landing again!- Margie A from Oxford, Posted:
Would definitely stay here again!!
We have stayed in many houses in this neighborhood and this one is at the top of the list. The golf cart made everything even more amazing!! It made getting to seaside or anywhere else so awesome!! The beds were very comfortable! They had all beach things available although we didn’t use them. Chair rentals are not provided in the neighborhood anymore but we used beach brothers and walked a very short distance down the beach to get to the chairs each day at the Walton Dunes Beach Access. Very well furnished and had everything there that we needed! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Excellent Home
Just completed a stay with 3 couples and 2 teenagers. Home was clean and very well appointed. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Neighborhood is centrally located between Rosemary and Seaside with a nice pool and easy access to private beach.
