Sunset Beach 102C

We loved staying at your beautiful condo on the beach and would definitely stay there again! The condo is updated and had everything we needed, and we enjoyed walking and/or riding bikes to the little town area too. The management company was great with communications, and check in and out was easy! Thank you for an amazing Thanksgiving week for my family and me!

We loved the condo. Views of the ocean were beautiful, the spaces were very comfortable with new modern furniture. We loved the walkability to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for dining and shopping. We rented a car but did not actually need one! We plan to come back next year.

We had a wonderful week at Sunset Beach 102c. The condo was beautiful and comfortable for our family of 8. Check in/ Check Out was easy. The grounds are beautiful and convenient to Seacrest and Rosemary restaurants and shopping. We definitely want to repeat our stay at C102.

This property is absolutely stunning. Beautiful decor, extremely clean and perfect location. Very spacious inside and we loved the close proximity to the beach and pool. The three bikes were a fun way to see the neighboring towns. It would be great if they had 2 key fobs as you need them to get in/out of the pool and neighborhood so made it a bit challenging if the group wasn’t all together. Also would be great if they had some beach chairs and umbrellas. The chair rental property on that beach charges an astronomical fee. I’d recommend having Vay-k rentals drop beach supplies off at the condo before you arrive. We would absolutely revisit this condo and have already recommended it to a few friends.

We have made a habit of coming down to 30A a few times a year, and we recently stayed in this wonderfully charming unit. It felt very private, and the view was wonderful. The weather was awful, but we loved it. The unit had everything we needed and was very spacious. Our only minor complaint was that the mattress in the master was not great - but that is such a personal thing. If you like a super soft, squishy mattress - you will love it! The complex is in a perfect location. The included bikes were great as well! We highly recommend it!

Great property and a great location! Very clean, quite, had everything we needed and more! 5 stars for sure. The only negative feedback would be the back door was hard to open. But that can be easily fixed!

I’m so happy I booked this unit! The host was awesome and always got back to me quickly even for the most simple questions. The location was perfect.. close to everything and the view was spectacular and relaxing. I will book this again. The whole place was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and so was the rest of the furniture. We will be back!!

This house was so beautiful and perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely stay here again. It is ocean front with an amazing view. You can walk right off of the patio and down to the beach, which made it so nice with little kids! The pool is also right next door. The house is spacious, well decorated, and has everything you need! The location was also perfect. It is right is Seacrest with restaurants and shops close by. It is also conveniently located between Alys beach and Rosemary, which are short walks away. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoy staying at the Villas at Sunset Beach and February is the perfect time to go--not too crowded--the condo is roomy and comfortable--the fireplace is excellent and you can't beat the view--love, love, love it!!

This condo is gorgeous and has everything you could ever imagine or need for your vacation. From the white powder beach sand to the breathtaking blue turquoise water, the beach is by far the best beach I've ever been to (and I've been to several). The best thing about it is your access to it from this condo is literally just steps away!

Sunset Beach C102 provided us the perfect home to celebrate our mom's 83rd birthday.  With its large west-facing windows we witnessed fabulous sunsets.  With the well-appointed kitchen we were able to create a wonderful meal.  The comfortable furniture allowed us to hunker in comfortably and sit around as family. As we pulled away on our last day, we all agreed it was such a wonderful experience, we want to return.   

In the few times I reached out to Will, via email or text, his response was immediate  He was always professional and was able to reply to my inquiries.  We encountered a minor issue when we discovered the unit didn't have a hair dryer. but Will had it remedied immediately.

Great location for a vacation. Gorgeous view of the Gulf. Area provides exception walking & biking riding in and around the area. Definitely a family atmosphere. The condo looks new and updated and can sense the owners take pride in their unit. Easy access to pool and beach. We will definitely book again!
