Hidden jewel

The 3rd flood 1 bedroom in the 1660 building is perfect. Proximity to the beach, nice furnishings, and an incredible deck where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening, add up to the perfect couple’s retreat. Jessica from 30A escapes was top notch, immediately accessible and helpful with any request. Cannot wait to return.

Perfect home for 2!

This was our first visit to watercolor and will definitely be returning! What an adorable area Santa Rosa Beach is with so much to do! Our place was perfect for my husband and I for an extended weekend trip. The place was clean, up to date, and steps to the beach! The rooftop porch was definitely a hit!

A perfect getaway!

We were looking for a small and cute condo close to the beach and this was it! A very quick two minute walk to the beach and pool. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. No hiccups and all was smooth for my family of four. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The location of this condo was perfect for our stay. We have a small child and this location made getting around very easy. When we arrived everything was very clean and I loved all the decor! Definitely can't wait to come back and stay.

Location, location, location plus all the amazing amenities
Location can’t be beat! We loved this soooo much! Right outside of the beach club (which is where we hung out, ate, swam and went to the beach). The condo has one “room” but it’s large and has a big sleeper and full bath downstairs so can comfortably fit 4. The property manager was great! It included 2 bikes which are a must. It also included use of all Of the watercolor amenities which are by far the best in all of 30A. For sure will only stay here from now on.

Perfect Watercolor Location!

We loved this location in Watercolor. Walking distance to the Beach club, which meant our trips to the beach were so easy! Communication from Christopher on check-in and other items was top-notch. Can’t wait to Come back!

Great location

We were able to walk or bike to everything we wanted to do. The trails were a highlight for us. Easy walk to beach, and loved the pools!

I'm not typically one to write reviews; however, our experience was such a wonderful one that I had to write about it. We loved everything about the condo--location, cleanliness, modern furnishings, and property amenities. The communication was excellent and only added to the positives! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

WaterColor is am amazing place and our unit was fantastic. Had everything guests could want for.

We loved this property. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed. I was with my 85 year old mom and the elevator was invaluable. We also loved having the washer/dryer in the unit…was a bit chilly outside. The bedroom upstairs was beautiful and the kitchen had anything you might need. We loved the 3rd floor patio and had beautiful views, and even a couple of Blue Angels flew past. Loud, but very cool. The walking streets and stores at WaterColor were great and we enjoyed Scratch for breakfast 2 mornings. I will definitely be renting in this area again.

Just what we needed

This wasn't the first time we've stayed here and it won't be our last. Located dangerously close to our favorite restaurant (The Wine Bar), it's on the quieter end of 30A passing through the Watercolor/Seaside development. Light/bright atmosphere and spacious for 2 people. Well done.
