Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lagoon pool from this 3rd floor west corner High Pointe condo. High Pointe 335 is a beautifully renovated 3 bed/3 bath condo located on Scenic Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach! This unit offers amazing views and a relaxing, comfortable decor.
The spacious kitchen with updated appliances and a breakfast bar for three overlooks the open concept dining room and living room. A large dining table is perfect for family meals, seats eight, then relax in the living room and watch your favorite movie. The master suite features a king bed with balcony access overlooking the lagoon pool. The master en suite has a tiled walk in shower, two sinks and a make up vanity in between the two sinks. The guest bedroom on the backside of the building has a king size bed and private en suite with one sink and a tiled walk in shower. This bedroom has a private balcony. The third guest bedroom has two queen beds with an ensuite that includes one sink and a tiled shower/tub combo.
When you are not hanging out on the balcony, be sure to take advantage of the resort amenities including the lagoon pool with waterfalls, an over-sized pool deck with hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a children’s playground plus a seasonal gulf-front bar and grill! Located next to Rosemary Beach, and minutes from Seaside, High Pointe Resort is ideally located.

This was our second time staying and the condo has been completely renovated since our first stay and looks and feels fantastic.

Loved the condo
Perfect area for the beach location. We had friends stay down the road and our beach was much better with plenty of room for kids to play and have beach days. The beach was walking distance to the condo (less than 5 minutes) with the perfect view. We will be back! Bonus was crabby Steve’s on the property.

Great views and location
Everything was great and the condo is recently renovated from top to bottom and beautiful. The views from the master and living area are wonderful. We rented bikes and road around almost every morning. The shopping center across the street is very convent. We would definitely stay there again.
