Designed with larger families and groups in mind, the sleeping arrangements are spread across three levels and offer plenty of flexibility for everyone to settle in comfortably.

1st Floor:

• Queen Sleeping Area: Queen bed in an open studio-style living space
• Bunk Room: Full-over-Full bunk bed ideal for kids or additional guests
• Shared Bathroom: Single vanity and shower/tub combo

2nd Floor:

• Primary King Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV and En-suite with single vanity and spacious walk-in shower
• Queen Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen TV and balcony access
• Queen Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and flat-screen TV
• Full Guest Bathroom: Single vanity and shower/tub combo

3rd Floor Loft:

Two dog maximum, with a combined weight of 50 lbs. 25 lb maximum weight limit per dog
Non shedding, housebroken dogs only
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog
Pets are not allowed in the pool at anytime
With non-refundable pet fee $250 + tax

• Travel Insurance is NOT included but can be purchased separately
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment
• Waiver required to get access to the 7 provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes
• Pool can be heated between September 1st and April 30th.
• The first and second floors are not internally connected, ensuring privacy for multi-family groups
