Property was well-maintained. It is steps from the beach and has everything a family would need. Boogie board, bikes, and basic household goods. Minutes from eateries but private. Two blocks from Rosemary. Great security. We are already planning next year’s trip in the same cottage. Highly recommend it!

We loved the entire set up! Seven day stay with family of 6. Two comfy king size bedrooms and another bedroom with beautiful bunks. All appliances worked great and just the right number of utensils, cookware and glasses. Perfect location with best beach access. We used the grill and loved the bin of beach toys that we normally buy and have to leave behind. We hope to come back every year.

Clean, cozy and just what we wanted. The exterior doors were a challenge to open due to the shutters, but the shutters were wonderful for privacy and early morning sunshine. Loved having my pup there for the family vacation. Thank you for sharing your home. Already reserved for next summer.

We had such a wonderful stay! It was my newborns 1st trip to FL and the distance to the beach was so convenient and the house was perfect (very clean!)

Excellent stay. Very clean, easy check in process, awesome location. Location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach is very convent/walking distance to many of the best restaurants and shops. Beach access is a one minute walk. And the beach is perfect. Pool is fine. It was cool during our stay so we didn't spend a lot of time there. But it was clean. And you have views of the ocean from the pool! Only positives to say. Oh...one thing - there are a lot of steps for beach access. It is like this all across 30A. If steps are a problem, then you will be happy with the pool.

Great location - couldn't have asked for a better spot. Very close access to the beach and pool. It also is perfectly based near a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops etc.

We are from SC and have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest for many years. We have stayed in 4 different houses on the beach side of 30A. We love the location because you can walk to the pool and beach area with no problem. We also love walking to Rosemary and Alys Beach. So, Seacrest is in the perfect location! Our house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the decor! Very fresh and clean. The only thing we needed that was not available was a broom. Also, the price of renting beach chairs and an umbrella is extremely high. Thanks for providing beach chairs! We bought 1 chair and an umbrella and saved a lot of money. I would rent this property again!

Salt water cures all! We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de Amigos. It is the perfect beach house filled with warmth and charm. Can’t beat the location and we loved riding the bikes everywhere. Thank you for having us. We hope to be back soon.

We just wrapped up our vacation and loved the house. It was perfect for our two families (3 people in each family) with the king sized beds on each floor and the bunk bedroom for 2 full beds. There isn't a lot of info in the listing about the bunk bedroom, but it was perfect for our two teens. We did have a problem with the freezer, but the management team was on top of it immediately. The 3 bikes are all adult size bikes and worked perfectly for us. Awesome location for beach and pool access. All in all, we had a great time - nice decor, house layout, and beach access were ideal!

Very nice and tastefully decorated house. I'll start by saying we really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kitchen was functional and well supplied. Unit is very close to the pool and beach. The furniture is nice and comfortable. I would say above average for a vacation rental home. Nice supply of basic beach items - chairs, boards, floats, etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Loved the location, decor and layout of this house. We had 2 families (3 people in each family) and it was the perfect size for us. Although there isn't much info about the bunk bed room on the website, it wound up very cute and perfect size for our two 13 yo girls. There were some problems with the freezer, but the management team was on top of it immediately. Location is ideal for the beach - even closer than it appears on the listing. I was a little disappointed that the Pet Friendly tag line wound up to be limited to only 1 pet that is under 25 pounds, though. I respect that, but the property shouldn't be so prominently advertised as Pet Friendly with that restriction. The bikes worked great, too. I definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our trip to Seacrest and the house was great. There was plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Steps away from beach and pool. You can walk to Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary for restaurants or shopping. The beach area is small for the number of people, but we were there during a very busy spring break week. I would recommend this rental property.

We really enjoyed this Seagrove Beach property. It’s in a great location half way between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The property has a great set up with a master up and down and one nice guest room too. The 3 bikes that come with the property were fun to use. The only negative is that the private beach front is a little small for the size of the development and therefore the beach was super packed. We used the beach front pool too though and there was rarely more than 5 people using the gated beach pool. We would recommend this 30A rental.
