Palazzo Unit 301

Bellissimo!!!
This place is amazing and absolutely beautiful. When you walk in and see the gulf view from the floor to ceiling windows, it makes you feel as if you could directly walk into the water. The set up for us was perfect. 2 separate master suites and a third bedroom with it's own private bath. Great amenities and close to 30A and to Pier Park. We highly recommend this place. We've already booked another stay for this summer!!

Awesome rental with amazing ocean views
Loved this condo!!! Spotless! Huge open living area with ceiling to floor ocean views. Large balcony for meals and sunset viewing. 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Beach chair set up included. Easy access to beach walking right out back door. What else could you ask for!

Awesome Views, Easy Gulf Front Beach Access. and Great Location- this condo has it all!
We loved our vacation at Palazzo 301 and will definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our group, especially since each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The view of the gulf from both the balcony and inside the condo were breathtaking. We enjoyed being close to both Pier Park and 30A. Can't wait for our next stay!

Wonderful Unit and View!

We’ve stayed at probably a dozen places song 30A over the years, including other units in this complex, but this was by far our favorite. Clean, well appointed, AMAZING views from all the windows, comfortable furnishings and easy access to points of interest.

WOW!!
My expectations were blown out of the water. This unit is phenomenal. My family of 7 stayed here for a week and to say the least we were not disappointed. The views the beach the pool the amenities were all top notch. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you 30A Escapes

Serenity
The condo was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We liked that fact that we had plenty of room to put things in the bedrooms and kitchen. The view was amazing. The management team was very responsive when we called and maintenance came relatively quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute wonderful condo!!!

I have almost nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The cleanliness of the condo and storage is great. The two things I wish were different (one you can’t change) is the parking garage and the water draining in the master bathroom. We drive a big SUV and it was hard to park in the garage, but there is additional parking across the street and that worked out just fine! We will definitely be staying here again….and the VIEWS FROM THE WINDOWS are to die for!!!

Amazing views of the ocean!!

My family and I stayed at this 30A Escapes unit for 5 nights. We had the best time. The adults loved the openness of the condominium and the ocean views. The grandkids loved the closeness to the ocean and beaches. We all loved the pool for a change. The air conditioning worked great. It was very clean when we arrived and check in was easy. We definitely want to come back. Hopefully soon!!!

Amazing Views!
This condo is absolutely breathtaking. The corner unit means you have ocean views from all sides of the windows and an awesome deck. The pictures are great but the actual view is even more stunning! The place was extremely well stocked. The text support was immediately responsive (needed to fix the air and bring some dishwasher soap). Super nice support staff. Place was clean. LOVED that each bedroom had its own bathroom. This was awesome for the 6 of us. The beach was lovely, local restaurants great, and fun shopping down at the Pier. We went to the zoo and mini-golf. LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

Spring Break

This condo was exceptional. It had an abundance of storage space and the view was magnificent. The location in the building was near the elevators, the stairway was just outside the door and pool was 2 floors down. I believe it would be difficult to find a better place to stay than 301 Palazzo.

Senior trip 2024

Beautiful condo! Everything was just as it was described! Very easy parking that was covered. Easy access to beach and the free umbrella and chairs were such a nice treat! Will definitely keep this in my favorites to book another trip.

First the communication with 30A Escapes was excellent. They are very prompt with replies to text messages. Second during our stay at Palooza 301, wow is all I can say. What a well kept place. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. The building has ample parking and the entire building is well maintained. All elevators work, pool and grounds are continuously cleaned. The only downside was the ramp access to the beach for moving carts or people needing wheelchair access is a bit down the road , however theee is immediate beach access via stairs from the building. Winn Dixie is across the street which is very convenient

OUR NEW FAVORITE!! This condo was exceptional! The floor to ceiling windows and spacious bedrooms and patio made it our best vacay yet! The ocean view, clear water, and clean beach were spectacular! Absolutely no complaints here!!

Everybody was great from the first time we arrived to the minute we left

It was great. They contact us early so we could check in everything was clean and perfect. We did have a problem with the fridge and they sent people out to look after it immediately and efficiently and they are professional and courteous again is 100% perfect for us. We look forward to booking them again.

Beautiful Ocean Views
We loved this condo. Perfect location to 30A without the traffic. Walk out the front to the beach; walk out the back to McGuire’s restaurant and grocery store. Clean, beautiful and fancy accommodations. We will be back here!

This unit met all our expectations and more. Have never stayed in a unit that was as clean upon arrival. The view is truly spectacular. Don’t be fooled by the floor level, it may be the third floor but it is actually above the parking garage so it is aprox. the 7th floor…again view is amazing. The kitchen area has all things you would need. This was the perfect unit to accommodate our family, that is now a family of six with our young adult children and their spouse/fiancé. I will book this exact unit again when timing allows. We did have a small hiccup during the stay in the master bath, but problem was resolved quickly without messing up any of our plans. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice end unit that was well furnished. The property was very clean and everything “worked.” The elevators, hallways, stairwells, and pool/jacuzzi were well maintained and clean. Security personnel were visible. We enjoyed the area, walked to a nearby restaurant, walked to local grocery store. Garage parking was included, convenient and monitored by security personnel. Our only concern was the water quality in the Gulf of Mexico. There was a large amount of algae that made swimming unappealing.

Palazzo Unit 301 is absolutely stunning. The Gulf Front views are fabulous from inside the property as well as from the large beach front patio directly above the pool. The unit is very well layed out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

30aEscapes’s was perfect for us! We had 6 adults and 2 children and everyone had plenty of space. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, as we did make dinners in the condo a couple nights and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Superb condo , amazing panoramic view
Stayed it for our daughters wedding , condo was beyond our expectations for location / facilities / beach / cleanliness … it was quiet during our visit also but I think the US schools were back . Rh am you to all at 30A & we hope to be back sooner rather than later
