Sands Cottage Carriage

Excellent long weekend for me and my husband!

We've been vacationing along 30A for a number of years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. We said to each other multiple times that we definitely want to rent this place again.  It was perfect!  Super spacious for a carriage house, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed.  The location was perfect, as well.  Will and Joshua were awesome!  Easy booking process, very proactive with check-in, bike info, etc. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!  Getting ready to book our next vacation with 30A Escapes with our group of friends later this summer! Highly recommend for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sands Cottage Carriage House

Everything was handled in an accurate, professional way. We did not have any issues during our stay. The cottage was perfect for our one week stay in Rosemary Beach. It was quiet, relaxing and cozy.

The 30A Escapes team specifically, Will, was very informative and timely. We received all of the information that we needed in a timely manner and they were very professional. Their professionalism and efficiency made the whole experience great.

Cozy and Clean

It was very clean upon arrival. Everything is modern and up to date which we really enjoyed. It is bigger than it looks in the photographs so that was a great surprise. The bunk area looks small in the pictures, but that bed was plenty large enough for an adult. Really enjoyed having the balcony. The pool is right across the street which was great for us having a 1 year old. A very quick walk to the coffee shops and stores in the square. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and Efficient

The property was very clean and well decorated; comfortable. It was big enough for the three of us to not feel cramped but small enough to be efficient. Location was great proximity to Barrett Square. We would stay at this Rosemary Beach carriage house again.

Excellent stay
The place was very nice and clean. Decorated well and just what you would expect from a Rosemary Beach house. It was a really easy walk to the beach and restaurants. No problems besides the television would randomly turn off and on.

Wonderful Stay at a beautiful carriage hosue!

This property is cozy and very well decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The one drawback was that the bathroom was downstairs while the bedroom was upstairs, but that would not keep us from staying here again. We were about a block from the coffee shop, and we loved the location. The property manager, Jordan, was very receptive, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, I wouldn't mind coming and staying sooner rather than later!

Immaculate Carriage House
This was our 1st time booking a carriage house in Rosemary (we usually book homes, as we travel with other families). My husband and I really enjoyed this carriage house...it felt like our home away from home. I don’t think I can fully express how CLEAN this place is! It felt so new & fresh; it immediately made me feel comfortable. It’s decorated just like my home so we were instantly in love! The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the bathroom is on the main level, and the official bedroom is upstairs. If you get up in the middle of the night to use the facilities, it may be bothersome to you to go up & down stairs. However, there is a sofa bed, and single bed/daybed that can be used as sleeping options as well (on the main floor). Lastly, we unfortunately had internet issues on the majority of the days we rented, as my husband was working on all the days we stayed (but, the 30A staff was extremely responsive in attempting to fix). We would most certainly stay here again, and will recommend to family/friends.

Amazing Getaway

I traveled with my best friend and spouse. Very accommodating for 3 people. Everything about listing was accurate. Loved the style of the home and decor. Location to pools and beach and town were amazing!

Great Vacation at the Carriage House!
This was our first time at Rosemary Beach after hearing such great things about it! Definitely didn't disappoint! The Carriage House was in the perfect spot...a short bike ride to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Carriage House was clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be returning!

Nice Place

Location: Excellent. One pool right in the backyard practically. Five minutes to restaurants, 10 minutes to beach, so easy walk even with a chair in tow. House: Very nice interior. Enough space for a couple or a family with 1-2 younger kids. No issues with supplies. Internet was a little spotty, but functional. Property Manager was easily accessible and friendly. Good trip. Very much enjoyed the Rosemary area.

Spring Break Cottage House

Overall, we enjoyed the property. The kitchen actually had everything we needed unlike other places we've stayed. It worked well with our teens because everyone had a space. We would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the square.

Fall Break Getaway

We have nothing but positive things to say about the property and property manager. Everything was in great condition and location was amazing. We had the best time riding bikes and enjoying all that Rosemary and 30A have to offer.

Beautiful Carriage House

This carriage house is gorgeous, from the decor to the bedding to the appliances. Everything one needs for a quick getaway. Location is perfect, within a few mins walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Communication with the property manager was top-notch too. We had no issues. Everything was exactly as advertised. Appreciated having 2 bikes ready and waiting for us too. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place

Listing was exactly what we showed up to. The cottage was decorated nicely. The location was great and we loved being close to the pool after a long day at the beach. We were within walking distance from everything. The only thing that was missing was somewhere to hang our clothes since there are no closets. A garment rack upstairs would’ve been nice to have, otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Beautiful, clean Carriage House; we were able to check in early without requesting. Great location in Rosemary Beach easy access to beaches, pools, restaurants and stores. Great Farmers market in town on Sunday! The use of 2 bicycles was included with the rental, very close to 30A bike trail, a fun and scenic bike ride. A very relaxing vacation at a beautiful home!

Great stay!
We had a great time staying at sands carriage cottage this week for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It felt like we could roll out of bed and grab coffee and was just a very short walk to rosemary beach. 30a escapes was much easier to work with than prior Vrbo or airbnb rentals on 30a!

Great location
Amazing location, right next to a pool and less than a minute walk to the center of town. The bicycles were great and an added luxury. The walk to the beach was about five minutes, even quicker on bike. The property was very, very clean when I arrived. If I had to suggest improvements: -Somewhere to hang clothes. There is no closet space or anything available to hang your clothes. -A full length mirror -A fan of some sorts for the upstairs. There is only one air duct upstairs and it is pretty much right over the stairwell. I could not feel any air circulating over me at night and I pretty much had to sleep with the covers off to feel comfortable. I did have a problem with the shower. When I arrived, the handle to control water temperature was broken. Maintenance was thankfully able to give me a temporary solution (Which was nice, but I still took very hot and cold showers), but ultimately, they needed to order a special part. But all in all, they were very responsive and helpful in finding a solution. I would definitely stay here again. I have been coming to this beach for years and this was one of the nicest carriage houses that I have stayed at. Very minor improvements will make it the best! Thank you for having me!

Wonderful Cottage
30A Escapes provided excellent communication, and the property was fantastic. The only minor issues were limited closet space for hanging clothes and the bathroom being downstairs. The cottage was spotless and fully equipped with all necessary furnishings, including kitchen utensils. We also loved the bonus of having two bikes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Rosemary Beach Needed Vaca
It has been a busy summer for us in Dallas and I told my wife we needed a week escape to RMB. We've been here numerous times and it's always a great way to slow down and let all the stress melt away. Our favorite are the carriage houses as they work perfect for us. Sands Cottage and 30A Escapes did not disappoint. It was perfect except for one thing. The internet was painfully slow but it's still a 5 star because "who needs internet speed when you're trying to unwind". Right? Still, it wouldn't take much to pick up the pace. The bed mattress was awesome. Furniture was great. Kitchen utensils were fresh, clean and plentiful. Bathroom was roomy. Bikes were perfect. I can't say enough good things about our stay. I will say, we usually stay south of 30 A but from now on, I'll stay north of 30 A (where Sands Cottage is) because it's close to town center and shopping and much quieter. Several times I texted management and they were very responsive and helpful. The entry is a little confusing as the gate looks fixed and will not open but you turn the decorative emblem. Not a big deal. This cottage is well priced and we will stay here again and definitely use 30A Escapes again. We're home now and full of memories. I hope you enjoy it.

Outstanding Stay
We absolutely loved the carriage house - the location was perfect, everything was updated and the bed was comfortable. Communication with rental company was top notch. The only negative was a 9 am check out - which we felt was a bit too early. Other than that, we would absolutely stay here again!
