This home was perfect!

We had 3 families staying in the house and there was plenty of room and privacy.  My sister-in-law had a broken foot, so the elevator was a surprised blessing.

I had the pleasure of working with Will Schlosser.  This young man met with me on a few occasions to show me different properties and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful in helping make the decision on which house would be best for our group.  When I was ready to decide, Will graciously did a numbers comparison for me explaining the exact cost. During our stay, I had to contact him for a small issue and it was taken care very quickly.  I most certainly will be contacting Will for my next rental.  During my search for a rental home I dealt with a few of the local rental companies and I was impressed with Will's professionalism and willingness to assist.

We love this community and house!

 It has quickly become a favorite of ours and we have recommended it to many of our friends.  I worked with Will during our trip and he was amazing! He was very attentive and quick to respond to any question or concern.

Best time, great property, fabulous neighborhood and incredible amenities!

Everyone is so friendly at 30A Escapes and accommodating.  The house was so spacious with so much included to make you feel like you are in your home away from home.

It was an awesome place!

This house was a great place for our entire family (3 families combined).  We ate dinner on the veranda almost every night and loved it.  We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Rooftop

We loved our stay here! The kitchen area was super spacious and inviting and we absolutely loved the rooftop. We spent most of our time at the house on the rooftop. Great seating and views (you can see the water!). Definitely a great getaway for a large group!

Wonderful Week

The house was perfect for our stay! Everything was super functional for a family vacation. The top deck was awesome and we enjoyed spending many nights relaxing with great views. The garage was actually a hidden gem we didn't see when we booked, it had a ping pong table, pop a shot, air hockey and kept the kids busy every night. Great vacation home!

Great house and a great location
Great house, with plenty of room for the 11 of us that stayed. Just a short walk to the beach, or the tram takes you and drops you off right at the path! Convenient to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Rosemary too! Gave 4 stars only because of the 9 AM checkout.

Great house
Great house. Tastefully decorated. Quiet dead-end street with easy access to the main road. Loved the 3rd floor veranda for cooking out and enjoying the weather. For our party of 6, there was plenty of space. Negatives: for some reason there was only a very small supply of silverware (spoons, forks). Not nearly enough for our party of 6. The available beach space is very limited due to the Walton County restrictions. We found it to be very crowded. We enjoyed our day at the beach at Deer Lake State Park much more (more space, more relaxed, etc.)
