This three-bedroom, three-bathroom Seacrest West duplex provides sleeping for seven, and parking for two.
Welcoming you with peek-a-boo Gulf views from the second-floor open concept main living area, you'll feel the carefree essence of seaside living from the moment you check-in. After a day at the beach, kick-back on the cozy sofa in the living room and watch the game on the flat-screen TV. Then take delight in whipping-up a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; then enjoy it with your closest friends and family at the dining table offering seating for eight, additional seating for three can be found at the breakfast bar. As the evening winds-down, make your way to the Gulf view balcony and drink in the sunset colors with your favorite cocktail.
Additionally, located on the second floor, a guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and providing private access to the shared hallway bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity.
Making your way downstairs, you'll get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing private access to the first-floor porch fitted with exterior seating; you'll pamper yourself in the master en-suite featuring a tub/shower combination and dual vanity. Just down the hall, memories will be made in the bunk room furnished with an XL Twin over Queen bunk bed and offering private access to the first-floor guest bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

3) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) 2 parking spots dedicated to this unit for guest use.
5) No golf cart rentals allowed at this property.

A true hidden gem
The house is in a great location on 30A. Your close to many restaurants , shopping areas , and parks which can be accessed by bikes , scooters, and cars. There is a private beach which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The house is roomy. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has its on bathroom which I really liked. True Hidden Gem
The Hidden Gem is in the perfect location. There is easy access to private beach, restaurant, shopping, and parks by car or bike. My family likes to run and they could do that on beach or the many trails located in the area. The beach has the best sunsets to enjoy in the evening. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. I liked the fact there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We each had our own bathroom space which is nice for privacy. Great proximity to the beach! Lovely screen porch!
We loved this property’s proximity to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great to be close to Rosemary and Seaside without being in the middle of the crowds.

Wonderful!
Location is very close to beach which was great! Also, convenient access to Alys and Rosemary beaches. The house was clean & accommodated our family of 5 adults very well. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Nice upper deck with dining furniture to eat outside. Pool was small but we prefer ocean so not an issue for us. Property manager sent us all we needed to know via text on our day of arrival-very easy process! We would stay here again!

Great property & Location!
Our family loved staying here. The property fit our needs and was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable beds, and great location! Ample room for everyone - including bathrooms. The location is perfect and the deeded beach access was easy and appreciated. Other beaches can get pretty crowded, so the privacy was nice. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

House comfortably sleeps 8, all with private bathrooms. Clean, fresh decor, 2 porches to enjoy. Beach is across the street, not crowded and easy walk. Many great restaurants within 2 miles. Great Beach house steps from the water
Had a fabulous time staying here. Easy to get to the beach. Umbrellas available for purchase at deeded beach access. Public access a block away for those wanting to use a tent. Overall a great experience.

Great Location, right across from beach. Not Crowded!
We have been staying on 30A for over 5 years. This is one of the best locations we've ever had. Beach was is right across the street and not busy at all.
