Truly an Oasis

Three families with 6 kids had the best time at "Emerald Coast Oasis"! We had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The beach access was wonderful with only a two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and loved spending our evenings on the patio. Beautifully decorated and a great house to make memories in!

Vacation Home perfect for a big family

Loved the house! The private pool, kitchen was well equipped and access to the beach is right across from the house. Also there were 4 bikes to use which is great because there are sidewalks everywhere. Beds were very comfortable and one room had built-in bunk beds and a lounging area for children to use. We will rebook this property!

Barbie Bachelorette Dream House
We stayed at this location with 12 girls and it comfortably fit us all. The house was so beautiful, cleaned, and beds were so comfortable. We could easily walk across the street to the beach or enjoy the pool. It was amazing and would definitely stay again!

Great House! Even Better Beach!

This house was everything we were expecting it to be from the pictures to the location. Very clean house, one level which is great for families with little kids that like to explore. The beach access is right across the street from the house. Very safe crossing the streets as most drivers will stop and let you pass if they see you trying to cross. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home!

This one-story home is beautifully decorated and within easy bike riding distance to The Hub, Alys, and Rosemary. We loved having the option to heat the pool, as it was a little too cold to swim without it during our stay. Overall, the house was amazing. Thank you!!

The house itself was good. Right across the street from beach access. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the pool so much. The main negative was the outside and pool area need a good pressure washing. The landscaping needed some work also.

Excellent place to stay
The house was perfect for our 3 families with kids. It is perfectly located right across 30A with an excellent beach location, not too crowded with plenty of room to spread out. It is also a quick bike ride over to Alys, Rosemary, or the Chill. The pool and outdoor patio are great with plenty of privacy.

A dream home with the most perfect beach access.
This property was perfect for our 12 person beach trip. The home was spacious and beautiful. Plenty of linens and everything possibly needed in the kitchen. The backyard pool area was a wonderful bonus for after a long, hot day at the beach. The beach was directly across the street via private gated access. Could not have asked for a better experience with booking, the amenities at the beautuful home, and the management team once we were there. Will def be back.

Full Honest Review

We have been coming to this area for 10 years and this house way by FAR the best location & easiest access to the beach ever, which is private btw. Typically when we vacation we have a bike ride to the beach with all our stuff but this time we didn't need them. Literally a walk across the street. It was AMAZING. Also, at some of the previous places we have stayed - there are rows and rows of chairs at the beach and it's overwhelming and unenjoyable. This is not the case here. Maybe 10 sets of chairs and the rest of the area was open and private. The best beach access and privacy ever. Now, let's get into some other stuff, that I wish we knew before renting this home. KITCHEN - fully stocked with keurig and coffee maker, blender and plenty of dishes & cups, All appliances worked beautifully and very easy to use. The fridge was huge, there is a wine cooler and a mini fridge outside - those were nice surprises and we used them all. We bought extra paper towels and toilet paper for the week per the only provide a few per bathroom. You will need trash bags as well. We did wash a fair amount of dishes and the kitchen soap provided was plenty. Kitchen is as appears in all photos. TRASH - we arrived on a friday and the trash can was already Full. Trash days are Monday and Thursday. When we arrived, there was no place to put any trash until Monday when they came. They absolutely need 2 cans and only one is provided so be prepared for overflow and no recycling cans provided. We had an abundance of trash every day because of this. The rental company comes and places the cans on the street and then they return later in the day to put the can back. We ended up just moving the cans back and forth to the street so they didn't have to do that. NO EXTRAS - There are NO extras in regards to pillows or blankets. We were looking for blankets to snuggle and watch movies and found none. Not a big deal at all - just something to note if you have littles. BEDROOM - by front door - this used to be an office that they turned into a bedroom, there is NO ceiling fan in that room - so we had to buy a fan for that room per it was super hot and muggy since it's the front of the house, we flew to florida so we left the fan there since we couldn't take it home. It got hot in there. Also, there is NO closet in that room (per it was an office) and it lacks privacy - the doors are french doors (glass) with white light see through curtains. Not a huge problem, but something to note. Not private. The Other Queen Bedroom - it did NOT have a ceiling fan, but stayed much cooler and it has a closet. All other bedrooms were as expected and nothing to report on those. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated, light in color and very beautiful. BATHROOMS - were as expected, they provided plenty towels, wash cloths and hand towels, all beautifully decorated and as expected. LAUNDRY - was as expected and very roomy and easy to use. It was nice having that space and they have hooks provided for hanging items to dry. Very convenient. POOL AREA - the pool is amazing and they have a company clean it 2 times a week. Very clean and coming back from the beach to the pool was amazing. The furniture provided outside was very nice and we used all if it. The large table was nice for family dinners, and the grill was clean and we used it several times. The only negative thing I can say about the outside area is the landscaping - it's NOT like it appears in the pictures, it's overgrown out front by front porch and door and in the backyard - it definitely needs attention and trimming, however, this would not stop us from renting this home again, just don't be disappointed if it doesn't appear as in pics. We were concerned about this house being on main road and the noise, but that is not the case. It's quiet and feels private and we had no issues with anything like that. NO EXTRAS - this is important because we ended up buying a lot of stuff that was no provided. I understand in the description of this rental that they do not provide any beach stuff, etc. But this is the first rental in 10 years of us coming to this area that literally means it - there wasn't anything. Normally there is a bucket of balls or a football or something.. So we bought 2 tubes to float on in the pool, football, skip ball, flashlights, crab net, & crab shovel. We were able to bring it all home so that was nice, but it would be nice if there were something. Again, wouldn't stop us from renting this home. Overall, this home is beautiful, decorated well, spacious, very clean, convenient and we would ABSOLUTELY rent this home again. We love florida and we had an amazing trip.

Host thought of everything
All 11 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was everything in the kitchen to cook, delicious meals, and the house was clean and ready for us as the time stated. There was constant communication from the management team to make sure we were good. The beach was right across the street, which was convenient as we did have kids in our group. The pool was great and the backyard had enough seating for all of us.

We loved the location and beach access. The lay-out of the house was nice and plenty of room to relax. The back yard oasis was perfect including the heated pool. I would recommend this property to any family looking for a great experience on 30A.
