30a Heaven
EagleHoo was absolutely first class. Our family has been staying on the Florida Emerald Coast for 30 years. We have stayed in many 30a Escape Vacation Rental homes in the past several years. We are always impressed with their cleanliness, amenities, top of the line appliances, and bedding. EagleHoo is a new home that far exceeded even 30a Rentals usual standards. We wanted for nothing while we were there. The appliances (frig, oven/stove, 2 washers/2 dryers, etc) were top of the line. The dishes and other kitchen equipment was also plentiful as well as very nice quality. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The decorating was beautiful. The beach was very private, and the pool was refreshing when we were tired of the beach. The house is close to two groceries (Publix and Winn Dixie) and eating places, although we ate in every night. Walmart is maybe 10 minutes away. I just can't say enough about this house and area. If I had to rack my brain and give one suggestion, it would be the communication before we left. I had some questions, and got many different answers. When I emailed and called, I would get someone different each time and got a different answer each time. Finally after sending an email about this problem, I quickly got a response from someone in charge, who got me answers to all my questions. In the pictures, you see 3 different outdoor cooking grills. EagleHoo has a regular propane gas grill which worked beautifully. There is no pool table as the picture shows, but a great game room otherwise. They actually provided beach towels for everyone too which was a nice bonus. We all agreed that we would love to rent this home next year.

Amazing beach house

We had me and my family from Georgia there for my moms 70th and it was beautiful home right on the beach with a wooden walkway to beach!

Everyone loved it

My family of 20 stayed at EagleHoo in June of this year. Everyone loved it. It was spacious, clean and the kitchen had plenty of tableware and drinkware. Great set of high end cookware for a rental. Beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Loved the location. Hope to rent a again for next year.  Donna B.

Family gathering

Enjoyed our quiet off season visit to the Gulf with our extended family all under one roof at Eaglehoo, right on the beach. Although the location is convenient to stores, the location felt very private. We valued the hot tub and heated pool in the cooler weather, and convenient floor plan. We appreciated the confidence of knowing through the alarm, when any of the children went out to the pool area. Our only suggestion is to provide a dust pan and broom for guests to use. Thanks for a great time.

Bierman-Lambert

Our stay at this property was excellent. We had eighteen family members. Everyone could do their own thing or things together... there was plenty of room and things to do. The daily beach service of chairs and umbrellas was awesome. I was very surprised with the amount of cookware and utensils (good quality). Maybe a little more instructions on pool and hot tub. The can opener was a challenge...lol. Maybe should be replaced. Everyone was pleased with the house and experience.

Amazing time!

We had such a great time! The home is amazing with all en-suite bathrooms and high ceilings, sweeping views. Will definitely be back!

Dream Home
This place was unbelievable. Immaculate, roomy, clean, and within steps of the beach. The pool and hot tub were terrific. The kitchen was incredible. This was truly a luxury vacation thanks to EagleHoo. Everyone thought it was the trip of a lifetime. Thank you! We hope to be back next year.

Dream Home

This place is unbelievable. Clean, spacious, beautiful. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great. Would highly recommend.

Winner Winner!!!
We were in town for the PCB College Baseball Classic. My nephew is a new coach for Chipola College. Not only did they win the tournament, we won the over decision on best house. Between innings, the parents were comparing and talking about different hotels or rentals. Then we showed them the pics of 22213!! No contest. Folks were blown away. There may be a fight for next years booking. Thanks again. Exceeded expectations and the process was very easy. Great communications with 30aescapes throughout the entire process.

Fabulous Time!
EagleHoo was a great vacation spot for our group of 16 adults and 5 kids! Location was central to publix, winn-dixie, aldi, CVS...plus restaurants. Beach was wonderful and having the chair set up was a nice perk. We have rented from 30a escapes before and it was just a good as ever. We had a few minor issues, and they were addressed promptly and quickly. If I had to come up with a negative, it would be the size of the refrigerators (small) and the lack of a 2nd dishwasher for a house that is this large, but we were able to make it work just fine. :) Will definitely look at this house again when booking next years beach vacation!
