Hammock By The Sea

Fantastic house!
The home was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children! In the middle of everything. Beautifully directed and the cart was a happy surprise. The pools were small but great for our toddler and 5 year old.

Love the neutral upscale decor. Would recommend 10/10. Came with bike, golf cart, beach chairs and umbrella. Everything we needed came with the house. Beautiful private community!

Hammock by the Sea
We had a great stay at Hammock by the Sea! The house was clean, well appointed and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by having a golf cart. We didn’t use the community pools because the weather was perfect for the beach. This home would work great for families as well as a girl’s weekend away from the kids. We will definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful stay, this place has everything we needed! As a foodie, I loved all the nice kitchen accommodations. Lots of space to lounge and hang out with your friends and family. We’ll be back!!

Perfect Spot!

This was the perfect spot for a couples weekend. Everything from the couches to the beds to the kitchen was all very high end. It was a treat to stay at this house and we will certainly be back. No question ... book immediately, you won't be disappointed!

Loved the Location

Excellent location - walk to Seaside. The neighborhood is small and very cute/cozy. Gated entrance made it seem very safe. Everything about the house is top-notch – furnishings, silverware, furniture, décor. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Big nice TVs and good internet. Back porch area nice, includes propane BBQ grill which we used for one meal and had no problems.

This house was absolutely fantastic! Its decorated beautifully and we loved having the second "den" area! Its in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Easy to bike around Seaside and surrounding areas and close to grocery, restaurants etc. House came with plenty of towels which I loved! 30A Escapes was fantastic to work with and any issue that popped up they were quick to make it right. We would definitely rent this house again! We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back again!

Best week on 30A yet

We have rented houses in a number of areas of 30A over the last ten years all of which were great in their own way. This one is at the top of the list. The bikes and beach gear were awesome. The location was close to Seaside that allowed us to walk or ride the bikes. My wife and I would ride our bikes to Seaside each morning and then walk through a park. What a way to start the day! The house was immaculate with comfy beds, awesome shower and beautifully manicured yard. We grilled burgers one night using the gas grill. The neighborhood pools, although small, were great because we were the only ones there each time we went. The weather was perfect all week and we could not have had a better vacation. The communication was easy, quick and professional. We will be looking to book this again soon.

This house was beautiful, warm & cozy! The owners have thought of every detail. I really can’t think of one thing I would change, love the property, location and design. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Labor Day Getaway

We were so impressed with this gorgeous home. The pictures online were beautiful but did not capture how truly amazing this house is once you walk through the front doors. It was a perfect place for our family and had everything we needed and more. We especially all loved gathering in the the Florida room. During our stay, we biked daily to Seaside, enjoyed the short walk to Seagrove beach, took a few naps, and ate some great meals. Red Bar in Grayton has always been one of our favorites! We also had breakfast at Black Bear in Seaside, lunch at George’s at Alys Beach, dinner at Shunk Gulley, Bruno’s pizza while watching football on Saturday evening, as well as the Seaside food trucks. We also enjoyed strolling through the Farmer’s Market in Seaside and Rosemary and doing some shopping at a variety of local stores. Overall, it was a perfect vacation. Our family would highly recommend Hammock By The Sea on 30A!

New Year's 2023

We spent the New Year's weekend at 47 Hammock Lane with my daughter, son-in-law, three teenaged girls and my nine year-old grandson. I loved the floor plan - plenty of room for all of us. The decor was contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped (except for a non-functioning Cuisinart Coffee Maker). The tv's are new and worked well after we installed all of our apps (no cable). I liked being close to Seaside and Watercolor. I would definitely choose this property again.

Beautiful home

I’ve stayed in 30A many times, mostly in Watercolor. We decided to give this area a try as it is adjacent to Watercolor. I’m so glad we did. This home is beautifully decorated, provides space for everyone to relax, and is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There were only two of us on my stay, but this home could easily accommodate two groups. Highly recommend.

Great house and location!
The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We really appreciated having an extra full bathroom on the first floor. There is an extra ice maker and under counter fridge in the family room bar. These come in handy with large groups. Nice private back patio with grill. It's an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants and Seaside. The kitchen had all of the necessities and all rooms were large. We didn't use the neighborhood pools, but there are 2 to choose from. The upstairs bunks are twin over full size beds. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Spring break high school

House was beautiful and perfect for High School spring break. Girls were able to bike everywhere, we had plenty of space for everyone, and had everything we needed. Wonderful clean home and great memories were made.

Loved Hammock By The Sea!

It was such a great stay in this beautiful home that I hesitate to brag about it too much or it will be booked when we’re ready to visit again! It is absolutely lovely! It’s a very large modern home and sleeps many! It’s comfortable and elegant. Great for families, kids, & friends The quiet neighborhood is great and has two beautiful pools. Three bikes are included with the home. Proximity to the beach, Seaside, & great restaurants is not a problem. Management company is thorough and responsive. I truly think you’ll love it! Save a week for us! Enjoy!

Fantastic Location

This home layout, decor and location has been one of our favorites…we’ve stayed along 30A since 2010 and really loved this house! The family room with large sectional and TV was a huge hit…mgt team was awesome! Definitely will stay here again!

Summer here we come!

The PERFECT beach stay! The house is WONDERFUL! Loved the location in the quiet little cull de sac , yet still in close proximity to EVERYTHING! It was the most perfect stay. We absolutely LOVED our stay and highly recommend! The property management was superb to work with.

This is a great home, close enough to the center of Seaside and the beach to easily bike or walk there, but just far enough away to avoid the traffic on 30A and busier times in Seaside. The house is also just far enough away from 395 that you don't hear the traffic on that road, which can be loud. We loved the two living rooms -- The TV room in particular was great for the kids to relax in and have their own space. The bedrooms are perfectly laid out, with the master on the bottom and two spacious rooms upstairs...plus 4 bathrooms (one in each bedroom plus an extra full bath downstairs. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and cooking essentials. 4 bikes are included, as well as a few beach chairs. It would have been great to have had beach towels included, but other than that, it was a perfect stay -- one of our favorites in Seaside so far!
