While staying at Ca*SEA*ta guests have access to the Seacrest Beach Village pool with a zero entry point, which is a mere 30-40 seconds from the home. Gas grills are provided next to the pool for those who enjoy cooking out on warm summer evenings. Additionally a beach tram service is provided complimentary expediting your trip to the beach and back.
Upon entering the first level you’ll find a set of full size bunks in the corner of the first room. The room adjacent to the bunks is the first full bedroom containing a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Across from the entry door you can see the stairs winding brilliantly up to the second floor: the door to the ever so convenient elevator located next to them. Imagine no lugging suitcases up-stairs or having to worry about those with physical impairments being able to enjoy the entire house.
On the second floor, Ca*SEA*ta provides a stunning fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and a comfortable soothing color palate; a perfect place to relax, cook a family meal and unwind. Next to the kitchen the dining table seats 6 guests with three additional seats at the kitchen island. Off the kitchen there is a nice sized bunk room containing a twin over twin bunk and attached bathroom. The rest of the second floor consists of a cozy living area with two small balconies, one of facing the pool and one on the back side of the house.
The third floor contains the final two bedrooms and the master suite. The two bedrooms are both equipped with king sized beds and large smart televisions. The beautiful counter tops on the double vanity in the shared hallway bathroom is sure to make anyone feel right at home. The Master suite is at the end of the hallway featuring a king-sized bed facing a large smart television and an en suite bathroom. This master suite is everything you could ask for a relaxing nights rest. The bathroom has a separate water closet, glass door shower, double vanity and deep soaking tub for those nights relaxing after dinner.

3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) The Village Community Pools are located behind building D.
5) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

You couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation. The house is located perfectly in Rosemary Beach. The house was clean, spacious, and has everything you need for your stay. From cookware to bunk beds this is the perfect place for family, kids and friends. You can park in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants and beach. Perfect getaway
Stayed here for spring break and the home was perfect for 2 families of 5. The home was very nicely decorated and had all the essentials to make our stay easy for us. We walked and bikes everywhere. The home came with bikes and the kids loved it. We took the beach shuttle everyday which was super convenient. Spring Break Vacay
Right between Rosemary and Alys beach. Easy walking distance to three beach town restaurants and shops. 30 second walk to the kids pool and adult pool (heated). If we forgot anything thing, Seacrest Sundries was steps away. Everything you need ( Starbucks, beach tram, playgrounds, Mexican food, Playa Bowls, La Crema, George’s, etc.) was 1-15 minute walk. The bikes made it easy to get around, rode to the Hub for lunch and back. Easily sleeps 12, 14 if you have kids. Beds were comfy, house was clean, kitchen ware was available to make breakfast and some dinners. Definitely would stay here again.- Anonymous U , Posted:
Great location for Beach trip
Location was fantastic and the place was clean. Really enjoyed being able to walk to anywhere within 5 minutes (closer to 1 for most places). The house fit all of us, too.

Perfect!
This place is very nicely decorated, close to everything, and all of the beds were soooo comfortable! Great amount of space. Right next door to Rosemary for easy walking distance. Perfect place near Rosemary and Seacrest!
My husband and I have been coming to this area of Florida for years and we absolutely loved this rental. It’s in a perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The management / ownership is very professional and organized, making checking in and out super easy. We will be back!!
