Amazing Town Hiuse
You couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation. The house is located perfectly in Rosemary Beach. The house was clean, spacious, and has everything you need for your stay. From cookware to bunk beds this is the perfect place for family, kids and friends. You can park in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants and beach. I highly recommend this house and will be renting again in the future.

Perfect getaway
Stayed here for spring break and the home was perfect for 2 families of 5. The home was very nicely decorated and had all the essentials to make our stay easy for us. We walked and bikes everywhere. The home came with bikes and the kids loved it. We took the beach shuttle everyday which was super convenient. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to make this an annual trip every year.

Spring Break Vacay
Right between Rosemary and Alys beach. Easy walking distance to three beach town restaurants and shops. 30 second walk to the kids pool and adult pool (heated). If we forgot anything thing, Seacrest Sundries was steps away. Everything you need ( Starbucks, beach tram, playgrounds, Mexican food, Playa Bowls, La Crema, George’s, etc.) was 1-15 minute walk. The bikes made it easy to get around, rode to the Hub for lunch and back. Easily sleeps 12, 14 if you have kids. Beds were comfy, house was clean, kitchen ware was available to make breakfast and some dinners. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for Beach trip

Location was fantastic and the place was clean. Really enjoyed being able to walk to anywhere within 5 minutes (closer to 1 for most places). The house fit all of us, too.

This place is very nicely decorated, close to everything, and all of the beds were soooo comfortable! Great amount of space. Right next door to Rosemary for easy walking distance. Of course the bikes are always great too. I highly recommend and will be back. Clean and a nice amount of supplies (TP, paper towels, regular towels, etc)

Perfect place near Rosemary and Seacrest!

My husband and I have been coming to this area of Florida for years and we absolutely loved this rental. It’s in a perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The management / ownership is very professional and organized, making checking in and out super easy. We will be back!!

Great Property

The property worked great for our family getaway. We had 7 adults and one infant. The layout was excellent. Thankful for the elevator. It helped moving luggage up to the top floor. Location is great. Close to everything! The tram to the beach was convenient and we seldom had more than a couple minute wait. Wish there were more dishes! Barely enough for us to have one meal. Had to just buy disposable plates etc. to accommodate everyone. Other than that, the kitchen was nice. Excellent appliances! We would stay here again.

Amazing spot!
We had the best time at this vacation home. Everything was clean, organized and well thought through for a beach vacation. The location is perfect with easily accessible beach transportation as well as multiple options for food. Walking distance to just about anything you could need. Bikes were awesome. Plenty of space, kitchen well stocked and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this space! Thank you for a memorable long weekend away with our family!

Amazing time!!
We had such a great time staying at this property. Everything is so well-thought out and organized. The entire space is very very clean. We had plenty of everything that we needed. It’s so centrally located to the beach as well as anywhere you’d like to eat! There are trams that run you to and from the beach, which is such an incredible perk for 30a. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation away!!

Friends Trip

I stayed at CaSEAta with a group of friends. Check in was easy and the home was clean and comfortable. We did not use the beach tram, but beach access was a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the house. Because Hurricane Idalia came during our visit, the pool came in handy for the times of double red flag ocean water and for days we just didn’t feel like getting covered in sand. Finally, the home was close (5-10 minute walk) from several bars and restaurants. Notably right next to Starbucks, Beach and Brew bar, Seacrest Sundries (market with various groceries and also cheap and delicious breakfast and lunch), and Pizza by the Sea. Additionally, for larger shopping trips, there is a nice/newer Publix about a 10 minute drive away. I would stay again during my next visit to 30A.

Wonderful location and great space
We had a wonderful stay at Ca-SEA-ta and the house worked well for a big family with ages ranging from elderly grandparents to young children. The bedrooms were well spaced and quiet and the common spaces were well appointed with lots of games and comfy places to hang out. The house was very clean and furnishings all very comfortable. 30A Escapes was very responsive when we had any questions or issues arise. The elevator is very helpful and the location can't be beat!

Perfect Location

We rented this house as part of a corporate retreat; we rented two of the homes in this row. Six adults stayed in this house - there was plenty of space. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and other restaurants, activities. With 6 guests, needing their own space, an extra half/hall bath would've been nice as the person in the bunk area shared a bathroom with one of the guests in a bedroom. The amenities were good - cute packages for bath essentials, dish essentials, laundry. Thanks for a great stay!

Another perfect trip to Seacrest Beach

We had another lovely trip to Seacrest Beach and this house was perfection for our group of 14 travelers. It was clean, modern, plenty of space and all the amenities you could want. It is also close to the pool, shops and beach-makes vacation with kids easy! We will definitely be back!
