Paradise found!
I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience at this rental. Immaculately kept, thoughtfullly appointed with everything you would need, for a relaxing stay and beautifully furnished. The kids loved having their own pool to play in while we could sit and relax. Easy access to the beach with a Publix grocery nearby and the shops at Gulf Place just across the street! The golf cart was a lot of fun and made it very easy to get around and find parking. 30A is the best beach in Florida and this rental was bar far the nicest we have seen.

Great location, tons of space for adults & families
Happy Days is a beach lover’s dream! We visited with family, including more adults than kids and it was super nice to have separate bedrooms and en suite bedrooms. The kids loved the bunk room and play space. It was a quick drive on the golf cart to the beach access and the kids loved taking their bikes around the quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool was a big bonus! We visited in the off season so being able to get the pool heated was a great perk. Beautiful furnishings and finishing. The kitchen and living room look straight out of a magazine. Highly recommend “Happy Days” for anyone looking for a great house that’s close to the beach, restaurants and has a great floor plan. We’ll be back!

Great Base of Operations for our Family Week at the Beach!
We were looking for a 30A location for a family week at the beach, and at first we were worried because this property wasn't right on the beach. When we got there, however, we discovered it was right in the middle of EVERYTHING, which was great. The house is only 4 minutes from the beach by golf cart (a cool one, supplied by the owner), and about the same distance from plenty of restaurants and shopping. Pretty much everything we needed was just a short cart away, and for most of the week we just enjoyed hanging out in the pool! Owner provided a great home for everyone to enjoy - the kitchen became the center of our family, and every piece of furniture was soooo comfortable. We can't wait to come back to the same place again next summer!

Comfort, amenities, beach access
This home was perfect for our larger family. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The home was spotless and felt brand-new. It had everything we needed then some. They even had kids' plates stocked, so we didn't need to worry about kids using plate ware. The private pool was a huge hit. Our kids loved spending hours out there while we were relaxing indoors or outdoors on the patio. We haven't stayed at a home that includes a golf cart and we won't be staying anywhere without one again. This made it convenient to check out all the local beach access points. It also made it super convenient to drive down to Gulf Place where there are some great restaurants and bars. You can't beat this location and home! We'll be back
