Meet The 30A Escapes Team
Our team here at 30A Escapes is focused on going above-and-beyond to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience while staying with us in South Walton. We're so honored to host people from all over the United States (and world) in our luxury 30A rentals each week. We understand for many folks it's their one-and-only vacation for the year and that is a responsibility we take extremely serious.
As loyal FSU fan and Northwest Florida Native, I'm passionate about helping people have the best possible experience when they vacation with us on 30A. I've part of the 30A Escapes team since 2014 when I started as a property manager.

In 2018, my husband and I moved to Panama City Beach, from South Dakota, sight unseen. Looking back, it’s our best decision to date. We have a daughter who loves school and fishing, along with 2 dogs that keep us entertained. My journey at 30A Escapes has been amazing! Being the head of New Business Development gives me the luxury of meeting an abundance of new people and the thrill of sharing all the services we offer our homeowners and guests! I appreciate working for a company that promotes and encourages their own employees to soar! I look forward to a long, bountiful relationship with 30A Escapes.

Originally from south-west Georgia, I’ve lived and worked on the emerald coast since 2010. I’ve enjoyed working in the hospitality industry for 10 years, managing a beach service company highway 30A for most of that time. I play guitar and piano fluently and use these as a form of catharsis during the busy tourist season. I currently have 2 children, a boy and a girl that keep me busy. Most of my time is spent with and taking care of them. Everyday is just another day in Paradise along the beaches of South Walton.
Brenden's favorite food spot on 30A is... La Cocina in Seacrest Beach - love the fish tacos and Margaritas!
Brenden's favorite South Walton beach access is... Santa Clara Regional Beach Access in Seagrove Beach. I like it because it's centrally located and is one of the best access points to host a 30A Beach Bonfire party.
I enlisted in the Army after high school focusing on communications and marketing. After enlistment, I returned to my panhandle roots. As a mom of two, I enjoy my off days exploring 30A with my family.

Becca's favorite South Walton beach access is... Eastern Lake Public Beach Access
Paving the way for women named Jeramie! I'm new to 30A Escapes, joining the team in the summer of 2020, but definitely not new to the area or the vacation rental business. With experience in many aspects of the business to include operations, business development and revenue management, my role as Director of Revenue Management will assure rental revenue is maximized for each of our valuable owners. I have served the community via volunteering for local organizations as well as participating on boards and chairing round-tables for industry related organizations. I'm originally from Mobile, AL and have been married to a Walton County native since 1992. I have two grown children, 3 grandsons, and two dogs.

In 2013, my wife and I moved to Panama City Beach (from Wisconsin) on a whim and it turned out to be the best thing we ever did. Soon after re-locating, I landed a job with a bike rental company on 30A in Seacrest Beach. Not long after that, I met the owners of 30A Escapes and joined their team the following year. A couple years later we built a house in Inlet Beach, had 2 boys and the rest is history. It's great working for a company that promotes from within and I look forward to growing with 30A Escapes for years to come!
