I moved to Florida in my early years . I am a small town girl with a big heart! I love all types of motorized transportation. I am known for my fast car and muddy ATV fun. You will find me on the weekends (in something FAST) with my soulmate James and our dogs Georgia and Chia!  I embraced the fast paced addiction in the world of accounting. Originally from Mississippi, my lifelong love for travel has always led me to explore new places—especially the beach. My journey with 30A Escapes began in 2021, and I`ve loved being part of a team that`s all about creating memorable, meaningful experiences for our guests. As the Marketing Manager, I get to combine my passion for hospitality with creativity & strategy. I love bringing our brand to life—whether it`s through engaging content or highlighting what makes our properties and this area so special.

Outside of work, you`ll still find me soaking up everything 30A has to offer—grabbing coffee at local cafés, checking out the latest spots to eat, or relaxing by the water. Sharing the charm of the coast with others is more than a job—it`s what I love to do.

My name is Jessica Simmons born and raised in Thomasville Georgia. I moved to Florida my sophomore year of high school from a small town to a much bigger city we vacationed at through the years. I have 5 beautiful children and a husband who is the greatest cheerleader. We have fun as a family riding dirt bikes and water sports. I began property management in 2011 and knew this is exactly the job for me. I enjoy customer service and making our guest feel at home (away from home). Creating long lasting impressions with our guests is very important to me. I believe a smile is always heard through the phone and I like to share that with my guests.  30A Escapes is a family and we hope you join us in making memories for years to come.

I have 3 favorite restaurants for 3 types of moods:  Cuvée which is fine dining, Amici`s is amazing pizza all the way to a good steak, and of course 3 Amigos you can never go wrong with Mexican dishes.  All three restaurants are located at 30Avenue in Inlet Beach.

Local who was born and raised just a few miles from here. I have been on the housekeeping side of the hospitality field for over 9 years. I was graciously given the opportunity to oversee the Housekeeping and Property management team with 30a Escapes almost 2 years ago. I started as a cleaner and worked my way to department head doing each job in between. In my free time you will find me hiking various trails in our area, kayaking with my dad and sisters, or building the newest Lego set on the market.

I fell in love with the Emerald Coast back in 1989. Although born and raised in Texas, I have called this area home since 1995. I have worked with 30A Escapes for a little over a year which brings me to just over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I am honored to work with so many great people within the 30A Escapes family who share our same core beliefs of exceeding expectations and creating cherished memories for the guests who stay in our homes.

In 2018, my husband and I moved to Panama City Beach, from South Dakota, sight unseen.  Looking back, it`s our best decision to date. We have a daughter who loves school and fishing, along with one chubby Chihuahua that loves his biscuits. My journey at 30A Escapes started in June 2019. Working in the New Business Development department for the first 3 years of my time with 30A Escapes was nothing short of amazing! It gave me the luxury of meeting an abundance of new people and the thrill of sharing all the services we offer our homeowners and guests! After 3 years - I was granted the opportunity to curate relationships in a longer term setting and transitioned into the Owner Relations Department. As my career and business skills continued to develop, I have now been granted the opportunity to represent the Owner Relations Department in the capacity of Assistant Director of Owner Relations.  I appreciate working for a company that promotes and encourages their own employees to soar! I look forward to a long, bountiful relationship with 30A Escapes.

Boston born. Rhode Island raised. Florida grown. I moved to Orlando for college at UCF and have spent the majority of my adult life here in the Sunshine State. My wife`s career took us out to San Diego for 9 years. During that time, we vacationed and visited with our family in the area, and in the fall of 2020 we decided to come back to Florida. My wife and I have owned vacation properties throughout the years and I`ve managed them myself as well as worked with property management companies. I hope to bring my experiences as a vacation homeowner to my owners here at 30A and provide valuable insight while caring for their homes. When not at work, I volunteer coach and help with 30A Lacrosse club. I`m a dad taxi for our son and his wrestling & multiple lacrosse teams. I also love seeing what kind of art and music our daughter creates as she is the artistic one in our family. I love live music, being near the water and going on adventures with my Ohana.

I`m an  Ohio State Buckeye living my best life here on the Emerald Coast. Growing up in the North  it  had always been my dream to live at the beach. I made the move to Florida many years ago, so  each day at the beach truly is a dream come true for me. I am a dog dad of the most amazing teacup yorkie (Brodey). We both love the beach and find ourselves there more often than not. I`m the second of 5 kids. I have been in  property management for many years now, and love every minute of it. I`m quite sure that  I have found my forever home at 30aEscapes. I take pride in treating each of my owner`s homes as if they were my own. My goal is to build  relationships with each owner  built on honesty, integrity and trust.
