Perfect Location, Perfect House!
This house could not have been better! Not only is it spacious and complete with all the necessary amenities, it's super close to the beach, and an easy walk to shops / restaurants. We had an amazing time and will definitely book here again!

Wonderful Location & Experience

Perfect house for groups or families!

The house was better than expected. Short walk to a private beach with chairs set up for you. Easy walk into Alys or Rosemary. Great for groups or families!

Great Rental

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. The check in process was very simple, and the place was nice and clean. We had 3 family and the rooms and bathrooms are all a nice size and it was very comfortable. We typically like to stay on the beach, but this was as good as it gets not being right on the beach. The beach walk was very close, and the chair setup was so convenient.

Great house just steps from the beach!
We have stayed at this house twice now and could not be happier with the house and the location. It's a very short walk to the beach (3 min or so), short bike ride or walk to Rosemary square, has a great pool and pretty much all the amenities needed. The only thing you might need to bring is a shaker and a shot glass to make a cocktail. Rooms are very spacious and a great entertainment space downstairs. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Rental!
We had our family of 8 adults and 3 small children stay here in May and EVERYONE said it was our best place yet! Plenty of room, 6 bedrooms, good sized kitchen, large kitchen table to seat everyone, nice pool with alarm for safety, and pool toys! The bikes were great abd we used them everyday. So important to have a private beach since the public beaches get so crowded and it was SO nice to have the beach chairs set up each day. Kitchen was well stocked, we had food and beverages delivered easily and so many places to go to that were walkable or rideable on bikes. The location could not have been better! My only suggestion is to have more shade around the pool ….even a couple pool umbrellas would be so nice! We will definitely be back!

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful modern clean well stocked house with plenty of room for 12 of us. Perfect pool. Access to private beach area was lovely.The area is beautiful, quiet and very safe.

Perfect Location
We had a wonderful time spending a week at this property. The location is absolutely ideal, with beach access just a short walk away and Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach quick bike rides in either direction. We took full advantage of the provided bikes and beach setup, as well as the pool. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us every day, and the private beach was significantly less crowded than the adjacent public stretch. The house was clean upon arrival and a representative from the property company stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Two of the bedrooms are on the third floor, so getting suitcases up there was a workout, but manageable. There are a few pieces of furniture that have seen better days, but nothing that affected function. There were plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware, as well as cooking items available. The washer and dryer, while showing their age, worked great and were so handy to have on site. All in all it was the perfect spot for our family to stay in and experience all the fun 30A has to offer. Our kids never wanted to leave!
