Great home in a beautiful area! We loved the close proximity to the beach access and Rosemary is just a couple of blocks away with great restaurants and shops. The pool is nice and so close the house we were able to enjoy that everyday. The bikes were a huge plus as well. The only suggestion we have would be to include some beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use. Overall loved our stay and would book this property again!

Perfect family vacation

Sand Pointe was perfect for our family of 8. We have older teens that were able to safely ride to the beach and Rosemary with the provided bikes. Easy walk as well. Nice home with everything needed for a short stay. We loved the Inlet beach location.

Inlet Beach House

Great house, large, clean, comfortable. easy short walk or bike to Inlet beach, shops, restaurants, Rosemary. 4 bikes provided. Everything worked great. Really noting to complain about all.

Great family stay!

This was our 4th trip to the area, but this location was the best. We walked about 3 blocks west and were in the Rosemary Shopping district and 2 blocks east and were on the beach. The house was well equipped and comfortable. We were able to walk to several restaurants. Would stay here again

Wonderful place

We had an amazing stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the swimming pool was awesome to relax after a long day at the beach. The house was stunning and had everything we could ever need on a summer vacation. Just wish we had more time there!

Great Thanksgiving Trip

Great trip, plenty of room and close enough to the beach. Pool was right outside of the rental. Had it been summer, this would have been great. You get the close proximity to Rosemary at half the cost.

Very nice property with beautiful trees and greenery all around. The home was nicely updated. Very convenient to have the pool right in the back of the house. Unfortunately the weather was a bit on the cooler side, so we didn’t get to use the pool as we had hoped. Beds were comfortable. Upper and lower decks were spacious and had nice rocking chairs. The beach area was nice as it was not as crowded as it was toward Rosemary.

Here for several nights before and after Ironman. Great location and nice home. Would have liked a few more extras like kitchen sponge, coffee filters, dishwashing soap, but overall a fine spot.

Comfortable home in a great location!

The house was beautiful and so comfortable. Modern, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, two living room areas and great outdoor patio space to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The location is just a short walk to the beach and short bike ride (with the provided bikes) to Rosemary Beach and it’s great selection of restaurants and shops. A fantastic weekend getaway. We cannot wait to come back to 'Sand Pointe'!

Best house on 30A!

We loved this house and the little neighborhood it was in! The house was perfect for us with a great mixture of rooms and bed sizes for our group of 4 adults, 1 teen and 3 younger kids. It was a couple blocks from the beach but a super easy walk even carrying a 2 year old. It was close to the pool which we used daily. We also enjoyed meeting the other families in the complex and our kids played with them. Overall best house we’ve stayed in on 30A so far!

We have family members with homes in the area… We rented this house in 2012 and the improvement since then are very nice … The kitchen has been upgraded in such a nice way. Thanks so much for a great stay… Location is always amazing.
