Great updates to condo.  Little thing...but glad there were hooks and plenty of linens.  Our 6th season to stay at high pointe.  Best condos and set up in the area.

High Pointe 30A has everything you need!

High Pointe is a lovely property on a gorgeous stretch of beach.  It has everything you need to really relax including the most amazing pool on 30a.  Even Crabby Steve’s beach bar and restaurant is a nice feature for a cold drink or burger and there really is a crabby Steve hanging around and he is quite crabby!

The decor was stunning!

Very quiet location. Beach service was great. The ramp was helpful for accessibility to the beach. The decor was stunning. The price was at the top of our budget, but well worth it. We will be watching the rates for this unit for a return in the near future.

The unit was so spectacular!

30A Escape, our 1st experience, we stayed at High Point. It was very nice, the unit was so spectacular. We had an awesome view, very clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and so convenient walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will was pleasant to work with, he was quick to respond to our questions. He made sure we had gate and door code as soon as our unit came available.  We definitely are coming back to this incredible unit. Thank you!

The condo was great!

It met all our families needs.  The oceanfront view was fantastic.  The condo location is great - we were able to bike/ walk to so many restaurants & shops our car barely moved during the week.   We were also  able to use the 30-a bike trail to jog/ bike every day to explore neighboring communities.

All team members were extremely kind & helpful as well as being very responsive to all of our questions/requests.  The entire process was from start to finish was one of the smoothest we've ever had.

Heather was wonderful to work with. She let us know when the unit was cleaned and ready for us to check in to. We actually got in an hour early!!!! Had an issue with the disposal and it was fixed in a very timely manner.

Our condo was positively breathtaking!

We enjoyed a gorgeous week relaxing in the sun, jumping waves to our hearts content, bicycling, playing tennis, golfing and soaking in the beautiful areas of Seacrest and Rosemary Beach!

Great vacation condo

The condo itself is clean with plenty of space. It has a great view of the ocean and beach. The pool is nice and both pool and beach are very conveniently location. Easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Crabby Steve’s is on-site and has great seafood. Highly recommend this place.

Annual Girls Trip

We’ve stayed in varying units at High Pointe, 1-2 times a year, for the past 5 years. We love the location, sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean, and proximity to all our favorite shops and restaurants! Highly recommend this property. They’ve increased security due to teens bringing in guests, and the quieter atmosphere. We'll be back soon!!

Wonderful condo
We loved our week staying in condo 36W. It was clean, had everything we needed, great location and beautiful view of the beach. 30a Escape was easy to work with and provided excellent communication before and during our trip. We highly recommend this condo and High Pointe Resort.

Excellent Vacation

Honestly loved the property and ease of check in! The location is unbeatable with shops and eateries all within walking distance. The condo itself is spacious and right on the water. I look forward to visiting again!
