Welcome to 'Stella Maris' in Seagrove Beach - this beautiful tucked away cottage is on a large corner lot and has tons of privacy in the backyard oasis! There is a private heated pool and spa, ample lounging spaces around the pool, covered patio, as well as an open second story patio. The public beach access is a short 1 minute bike ride away or a 4 minute walk!
When entering the home you will walk into a large open floor plan, greeted by the large living room area and kitchen, along with three bedrooms on this floor. There is a large dining table with seating for eight and bar stools for four. The large open patio off the living space has additional dining and seating areas. The first bedroom is the king primary suite with a private en suite. The en suite has a soaking tub along with a shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins with a shared hall bathroom.
Downstairs there are more sleeping arrangements as well as a second living space. This space has a queen sleeper sofa, one bunk (twins) as well as a queen guest bedroom. Wake up and grab a cup of coffee at the coffee nook on this level. There is a laundry room located on the bottom level. Additionally the access out to the pool has an alarm for safety. There is parking in the driveway for four cars and a small car in the garage space.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes, but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
5) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.

Open and Inviting Rental, Would Stay Again!
Stayed for one week at the Stella Maris with 5 adults and 1 toddler in July 2023. Really enjoyed the main area of the house, it was open and inviting. Full size pool was great to relax in and the beach access was a short walk. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils needed. There was even pool floaties and beach toys available for use, which was a great surprise. Since it was a newer rental unit, there was an issue with the internet and cable. Management and owner worked to solve the issue quickly and make it right. My family and I would stay at the Stella Maris again, maybe next year!- Anonymous U , Posted:
Amazing Beach Getaway!
We had the most relaxing and wonderful time at Stella Maris. We stayed for 9 days - 2 adults, three teens, one tween. We found the home to be very roomy but still intimate. The bedrooms, beds, and beddings were incredibly comfortable with huge closets. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the large kitchen (with everything we could have needed to cook, a big plus since we cooked a lot). We LOVED the pool and grill - the backyard setup was gorgeous! One note, as it wasn't super clear in the description- the hot tub and pool are linked in design, so in order to have a true "hot" tub, you have to pay the extra weekly fee for heating the pool in order to turn the hot tub heat on. A little disappointing to not have that feature included, but it did not impact our love for this beautiful home! In the garage, there is all manner of beach fun - toys, floats, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, bikes, and even a couple of beach carts to tow your gear on the 5 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood is so quiet and the beach access is close and not crowded. The price for getting away from the crowds and having a more quiet, neighborhood location is that the closest grocer is 12-15min away. If you want to jetski, or do other trips, it's about 45 min - 1-hour drive. We did a few activities for our active boys but were super happy to just chill at the beach the rest of the time.
