Best of Both Worlds!
The best of both worlds, lake and ocean! We had an extraordinary experience at this beautiful Seagrove location. The home was immaculate and welcoming, with an impressive attention to detail – it had everything, including extra washers & dryers. We appreciated the outdoor shower, the kayaks, and the beach cruisers! We enjoyed the quiet lakefront, then just a short walk to the beach. My husband liked that everything was new and updated. We highly recommend this great spot! Thanks for the wonderful retreat, we will be back!

Amazing property!!

This property had everything and was so close to all the things we love doing!! The beach and lake were beautiful. The home had everything we could need. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the golf cart, beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks. We really loved taking out the double kayak to watch the sunsets on the lake. Family bike rides to Seaside for lunch. The best rental we have every stayed at!! We will be back!!

Location, location, location!!

This rental location was perfect. Loved the quiet and safe neighborhood. Kids loved running around the huge backyard. Night times around the fire pit are memories our family will cherish for a lifetime. We had so much fun at this property. The weather was perfect and the beach and water are like no other in the US. Best vacation we have had in a long time.

Perfect Vacation

This rental had everything. I loved that we didn’t have to rent chairs, bikes, paddle boards or a golf cart. Our family likes eating out so the close proximity to the Old Fish House was great. Love the night times in this area. The beach access is really close and convenient. Communication was great. Already booking here for next year.

Best Beach Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation this is the rental for you. This place is beautifully designed and has everything you could possibly want. We loved the ease of hopping on the golf cart and heading over to the beach. Having access to the lake in the back was great. The evenings sitting out by the water were beautiful. We will definitely come back here again. Loved it!

Beautiful home and area

The home was absolutely gorgeous. The home is right on the lake and has kayaks and you can row over to the beach. I loved being on the lake but close to the beach. I felt very comfortable in the home and it was beautiful.

AllOurSummers Family Vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AllOurSummers. The house was just as pictured, was stocked with everything we needed, and was close proximity to the beach - all making for a hassle free vacation!! The golf cart, beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus as well. Everyone commented how comfortable their bed was - my daughter in law even said she was trying to figure out what type of mattress it was for future purchase possibility!! I highly recommend this property for anyone trying to accommodate a large group. You will not be disappointed!!

Fabulous Family Fun!

Our large family had an amazing week at this property! The beach was easily accessible with the bikes and golf cart that were included and the paddleboards and kayaks were so much fun! The property had 12 backpack chairs and umbrellas which were easy to transport down to the beach and many beach games to keep everyone busy. We had a great time and hope to visit again!

We could not have picked a better place

I've always loved this almost hidden part of 30A which is why I picked it for my group of 12--lots of friends who went to Rice and turn 70 this year. We came from Anchorage to England, Florida, Texas, and Nebraska. I knew it would be good but this magnificent house turned good into great. The location was the best.... buried in the neighborhood, on a canal, close to the beach. The rental offers a 6 person golf cart, 6 bikes, backpack beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. It is walkable to restaurants and massages. It is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and had seating for all of us when it was time to eat. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the upper deck for sitting in the sun and the lower deck for getting out of the sun. We spent our last night by the firepit. It was glorious. Many thanks to our hosts for making this a memory we will all cherish. So if you have a special family/friend get together coming up, rent this place. You will be glad you did.

Hidden Gem

We almost don’t want to share how good this place was because it feels like a hidden gem! It was the best of both worlds being on the lake and being able to walk or kayak to the ocean. The house was wonderfully set up for our three families to share. We each felt like we had our own space to retreat to and the common room upstairs, in addition to the top deck, was plenty adequate for our large group as well. The laundry was nice to use (two washers and two dryers!). The 6 bikes were used daily, and the golf cart was very convenient for trips to the beach, restaurants, or shops. There are no pantry staples in the kitchen so keep that in mind, although they have every sort of appliance you can think of! (various types of coffee makers, crockpots, griddles, etc). We would love to come back!

Family vacation

There were no major things. The only negative would be dishwasher did not usually work and some of the refrigerator drawers were quirky. It was a super nice place.

Best of Both Worlds

We loved the idea of having direct Lake access and close proximity to the beach. We utilized the neighborhood beach access at the end of San Roy road so kids were able to go back and forth between Eastern Lake and the beach. We used the provided beach chairs (10) and umbrellas (6+) for our trip. Having the option of the golf cart, kayaks and bikes was super convenient. The house was thoughtfully decorated with amenities for the guest in mind. The extra refrigerator and 2 sets of washer/dryers was such a luxury to have with multiple families. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and it was nice to have two additional suites with bathrooms downstairs to keep an eye on them. We would have no reservations about staying at this location again.

Family getaway

The house was a perfect size fir our group and the location was excellent with just a 10 min walk. Having the paddle boards and kayaks were an added bonus.

Beautiful Setting!

Very clear communication, easy check-in, spotlessly clean, well furnished, high-end appliances, ample sleeping space, open-concept living/dining/kitchen, and enough bathrooms for all! But what made this place really special were the supplied beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, the best golf cart I've ever driven, and the setting on a secluded arm of North Lake. I enjoyed the paddling almost as much as the beach! The only negatives I can think of: the white upholstery in the living room made us a bit nervous, and the supplied water craft need significant maintenance (we brought our own, so no big deal there). Our overall family consensus: the best beach vacation ever!

We could not have picked a better place to stay! The golf cart, bikes, space and layout, the back patio and breakfast nook, EVERYTHING was beyond amazing. It was such a bonus seeing that beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, and beach toys were all included with the house. A great place for multiple families, and almost every room had its own bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out. The speakers installed in the bathrooms were extra fun! I couldn’t recommend this place more. We enjoyed being a bit further out from Seaside. Pricey, but I think nearly worth it.

We greatly enjoyed our family get away! The location is perfect at just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the dock in the backyard is an added bonus! The location is very close to the Old Florida Fish house with is well worth a visit and the area is quiet/not too busy. Would definitely stay again!

BEST Vacation
All Our Summer’s did not disappoint. Perfect location. Loved having the golf cart and bikes. The house was very spacious. Lots of room to spread out. Lots of out space outside too. The screened in porch was a bonus. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely consider staying at All Our Summer’s again next year. All Our Summers
Fabulous. This house has it all. The owners have done a great job. Comfortable beds, great showers & bath, plenty of TV's, excellently equipped kitchen with quality appliances and dishes, cutlery, glasses etc... Fun lake-like atmosphere close to ocean with golf cart, bikes or kayaks. We would definitely return.
