My group and I came to celebrate a bachelorette and we had such a great time! The place was more spacious than we anticipated! The location was extremely convenient (close to tram stop, beach was walkable distance, shops and restaurants were right downstairs, parking available).

So convenient!

This location was in the perfect spot! It’s was huge, with high ceilings and plenty of room. The tram picked us up quickly and was a short ride to the beach! The condo was clean, and the bed was SO comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Or a short drive. We will definitely be back.!

Great stay

Condo looked just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, and ent if space for the family. We could hear the live band at night, which saved us from the heat. The pool was great for toddlers, and the BBQs were awesome. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect for biking.

Spring break with the girls

I brought my two daughters and two of their friends for spring break. We loved the bikes, the location and the swimming pool! The beach was very crowded, and we were unfamiliar with the rules at first. We spent more time off the beach because of this. super cute restaurants in the area. The unit was the perfect size for the five of us and had everything we needed.

Amazing & Cozy Escape!

30A Escapes made this getaway extremely memorable, this was a perfect place for our family and friends! The property was amazing and cozy, it is very convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Really well kept and maintained, big bonus was having bikes we could use to get around wit h the girls. We are definitely planning to go back next year, memories will last forever!

Great condo

We had a great visit to B324. The condo was great! Very clean, roomy and nicely decorated. The location was perfect. Small walk to the beach. The directions to the beach were a bit confusing. Make sure you bring salt and pepper, and hand soap. They did not provide those things. Overall, a wonderful condo.

Spring Break Getaway

Linda and Cassie with 30A Escapes were so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of for our very relaxing week at the beach. The property was beautiful. Loved the high ceilings throughout and the live music downstairs each night. The fresh linens that were provided were also a bonus. There were than ample supply of towels for the five of us. The property included 3 very nice bikes which were perfect for the 3 16 y/o boys to get around. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Never minded the short walk to the beach as the trade off at night with the dining and entertainment was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next year!
