Mermaids Cove was a BEAUTIFUL townhouse and the pictures do not do it justice!

It was very well kept and the view was breathtaking. The 30A Escapes team was very informative and responsive. From the time I booked until the day I left the property, everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

The location and beach access is unbeatable!

A Very Special Place!

Mermaid Cove is very special and we enjoyed our stay immensely.  The exquisite views, beautiful touches in decor, hardwood floors were all lovely . We loved the views particularly from the spacious master balcony with the very comfortable lounge chairs in the early morning and at sunset. The patio was perfect for outdoor dining and listening to the breaking waves. A very special place.      

Kimi was the best!  We were a little nervous not knowing much about the area and her follow up from the start of our booking, availability should we have needed it throughout our stay and her follow up note after our departure made us feel like valued guests and confident that we would have no worries with the stay. She is an asset to your organization. Very personable and efficient!

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!

Loved the views, the newly remodeled decore, the easy walk out door to the beach steps, very few steps down to the beach, great deck off master with fabulous view. Wonderful. Looks like it's booked up til end of summer or I would return soon!

We loved staying at your Gulf-front property in Seacrest!

The views, the water and the sunsets were spectacular. So nice to have a private beach and the weather was perfect. Your condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We hope to come back soon!

Love Mermaid Cove!!

Location, location, location!! This condo is a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach with lots of shopping and restaurants and a little longer ride to The Hub for shopping and entertainment. We never got back in our car until it was time to leave! The beach is quiet which is hard to find in the summer. Condo is updated and very nice. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all you need. But THE VIEWS....didn’t want to leave!!! We will be back!

Exceptional Location

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! We beach vacation yearly and both the view and proximity of the ocean were, by far, the best we've experienced! Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. The interior was tastefully decorated and clean. We would consider staying at this location in the future!

Spring break trip 2022

We loved this property! The check in process was simple and easy. The townhouse was clean and stocked with appliances you may need while there. The beds were very comfortable. The best part is the proximity to the beach. We loved not having to worry about a long trek to the beach. We talked about it every day. It was quiet and not too crowded which made our stay much more enjoyable. The townhouse location is super convenient to Alys and Rosemary without being stuck in that crowd. We took advantage of Dillons beach service that the property manager suggested since we didn’t want to bring our own chairs. Chairs were set up early morning each day and taken down around 5:30 pm. We plan to book here in the future. 1000% recommend staying here to anyone who gets tired of dealing with the crowds and noise at a condo.

Super clean

This was a clean house. We are pretty particular about the cleanliness of a rented house. We had no complaints here. Everything was in place and you could still smell the bleach. It was great! Excellent location, beach wasn’t crowded, and our family loved the bikes.

Perfect location!

This was a wonderful condo for our family of four! So easy to get to the beach, we went back and forth all the time without it being a hassle. The condo was clean, well stocked and a great amount of space for our family. The double balconies were great for coffee drinking and dolphin watching! It was a wonderful week, we will definitely be back!

We loved the townhouse and the balcony for enjoying the beautiful view! The updated decor', hardwood flooring, ensuite bath were so appreciated! Even though the townhouse had supplies ready and kitchen items, we had to purchase a few things (coffee filters, bottled water, napkins, facial tissues etc.).

Can't Beat the view!

Love this place! It had everything we needed and you cannot beat the view and the accessibility to the beach! We had one little hiccup when we tripped a breaker switch and couldn’t reset because the circuit box is in a locked closet. We contacted the property manager through the after hours call service & he came out & helped right away. The rest of the stay was smooth sailing & we had a great time. Would definitely book this again.

We had a great stay at mermaid cove. Proximity to the water was a big plus for us, great place to stay with kids made it very easy to go to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was okay
Great location and communication from 30A Escapes. Several issues were noticeable at the property: several lights throughout didn't work, the sliding door in the master bathroom didn't work, the pool area wasn't clean, and the faucet in the master bathroom didn't function correctly.

Love it here!
This condo is perfect! It had everything we needed and wanted. The pictures are exactly what you get. I am always a bit skeptical, but this was as described. I would stay here again tomorrow again if I could! I spent the whole way home looking at booking another trip to Mermaid Cove soon! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

The property was beautiful and views were spectacular. Layout of unit was ideal for our 2 kids. Loved the location and privacy but also close to all the beaches!! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it !! 10/10!!!
