With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two levels, LunaSea comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The first-floor bunk room is a great option for children or younger guests, while the upstairs Primary Suite and Queen Guest Bedroom offer comfortable accommodations with private bathrooms. Each space is thoughtfully arranged to provide a relaxing place to recharge after a day exploring 30A.

1st Floor:

• Bunk Room: Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and flat-screen TV
• Guest Bathroom: Single vanity, walk-in shower and conveniently located off the living & kitchen areas

2nd Floor:

• Primary King Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony and En-suite with dual vanities & walk-in shower
• Queen Guest Suite: Queen bed, flat-screen TV and En-suite with single vanity & shower/tub combo

• Travel Insurance is NOT included but can be purchased separately.
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment.
• Waiver required to get access to the 4 provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) is NOT allowed in Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• There is an active camera located outside of the home by the second-floor window.
