1st Floor:

• Bunk Room – Perfect for kids or group stays, this room features 2 cozy Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and is conveniently located next to a full bathroom.
• Full Bathroom – Easily accessible, offering comfort and convenience for all guests.

2nd Floor:

• Primary Suite – Relax in luxury with a King-sized bed, a private balcony to soak in the views, and an En-Suite bathroom featuring dual sinks and dual shower heads for a spa-like experience.
• Queen Guest Bedroom – A serene retreat with a Queen-sized bed and a private En-Suite, complete with a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo for ultimate comfort.

• LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) is NOT allowed in Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• There is an active camera located outside of the home by the second-floor window.
