HP 23W Calypso Crossing

Calypso Crossing was wonderful!

High Pointe Is one of my favorite places to stay on Hwy 30a. The width of the beach and number of renters makes the beach not seem over crowded like in other areas. Crabby Steve’s is the icing on the cake. We love all of the staff.  Calypso Crossing was wonderful. It is tastefully decorates amd had everything we needed.  Stephanie was very prompt to answer.

Wonderful Location and View!

The communication via 30A Escapes property managers was top notch.  Wonderful location and view. So convenient to the beach. Loved that we could spend the mornings at the beach and come up for lunch before heading back to the beach to finish the day. Loved Crabby Steve’s too!!  Highly recommend this rental!

We can’t stop talking about our wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful experience during our first visit to High Pointe. Our accommodations provided by 30A Escapes far exceeded our expectations and the service we received from Abbey and Stephanie was exceptional. We received all of the information we needed for our unit prior to arrival and were already on the beach 20 minutes after we unloaded our bags. This unit was gorgeous with modern updates and amenities and a spectacular view of the ocean. It was so clean and well maintained. It honestly felt like home away from home. We are already discussing plans for our next trip!

Perfect weather for a quick fall trip to 30-A

I love staying at High Pointe! This is my 6th stay at this property. This trip, was with my 2 adult daughters, and we had a great girls weekend. We ate in our favorite restaurants (outdoors), shopped, and enjoyed lying on the beach in the beautiful warm sunshine.

Gulf front on 30-A

Perfect Property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Highpointe 23W. The proximity to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest villages made it so convenient. The beach is not nearly as crowded as the surrounding resorts. The pool is amazing and Crabby Steve's beach front restaurant was a delight and added bonus! The renovations in this unit were done very well and the upscale, beach feel was perfect.

Great 30A Vacation Rental!

We had a great time at High Pointe Resort 23W. The condo was cute and well stocked. Great location and so nice to have Crabby Steve’s on property to grab a drink and awesome food! We would definitely come again!

Amazing view!

Such an incredible property with the BEST view! Parking is easy and super close! A short elevator trip takes you to the condo on the second floor. The view is stunning, you can see and hear the waves perfectly! The walk to both the pool and the beach is so short. Nicely stocked, we did end up buying laundry soap to do laundry. If you think you will cook a lot, I would also buy dishwasher tabs and dish soap, as only 2 dish tabs are provided. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of room. The only thing that I wished they would of had was some sort of security lock/chain lock from the inside. The master bedroom is located in the back of the condo with a nice view, but the other bedroom, where the kids slept, is at the front of the condo by the door. As a parent of young kiddos, it would of been more reassuring to have the extra security. That being said, we had no problems and felt safe and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful view!

We loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and I loved the addition of a sectional couch, plenty of room for all of us. We also loved the waking/biking community so close to the condo! Thank you for sharing it!

Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful condo. It was so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants that we were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely come back to stay again!!

We were in rosemary beach for a Girls trip. This was a Great location, close to pool and beach, shopping, and restaurants! The management did a great job of communicating and helping with small issues.
