Gulf Place Caribbean
It condo was delightful. Beautiful view, clean, private and fun. The perfect vacation spot, with easy beach access and a warm and clean pool. Bike access was an added bonus. We would love to return next winter.

Great value and customer service.
This property was better than described. The furnishings are bright and updated, the kitchen is well equipped, great views, beds are comfortable. Gulf view, right on the bike path, pool clean and heated. Restaurants are right down the block, beach across the street. And, Christopher from 30A Escapes stopped by on check in day to ask if we needed anything and he answered any of our questions during our stay. Great customer service. All went well, and I sensed that they were ready and able to meet any of our needs.

Great View and location
This condo provides beautiful ocean views and located so close to everything. Walk to the beach, food, and shopping. Highly recommend this unit.

Great unit!

Located on top floor, corner. Rental company is very attentive & communicates timely. Easy beach access & a short walk to food, shops, & ice cream. Unit includes beach chairs & umbrellas so need to pack those items. Very pleased with this rental comp & unit.

Great Time

Stayed at 30A Escapes property on Spires Ln. the property was a great value. We had no issues with our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive nature of the management company. Christopher, one of their employees, stopped by shortly after our arrival to see if we needed anything. We were very impressed with his and the company’s concern regarding our visit. I will definitely work with them again.

Look No Further

Gulf Place #401 was amazing! The views are breathtaking, and the walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. This is a corner unit, so the balcony wraps around the side, which is perfect for wet towels and sand toys. There are restaurants within walking distance, along with some shops if you enjoy shopping. Having access to the bikes is an added bonus, as the area is very bike friendly. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit!

Best Condo on 30A

This condo was clean and bright with fun coastal décor! Beds and pillows were super comfy. I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Gulf Place!

Loved it!
We loved this condo. It appeared to be recently updated and it was just perfect. We loved the view to the beach and spent every morning there with a cup of coffee. Bedding was very clean and mattresses extremely comfortable along with pillows. Even the bunk beds were very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance and rarely needed the car. I plan to come back and hopefully book this particular condo.

Nice and clean condo unit
This condo is exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean and equipped. The balcony did have to be closed during our stay due to code inspections with the steps being fixed. I love to sit on the balcony. So if you are a balcony lover, you may want to ask if the balconies are back open. Other than that, which is out of 30A Escapes control, our stay was great We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great condo

The condo is calm and peaceful with a view of the ocean. Pictures of the unit are very accurate. The beds are comfortable. The pool is nice and the walk to beach is very quick. We love Gulf Place and can’t wait to come back. This was our first time on the fourth floor and it really makes for a better view.

Beautiful condo!
We have stayed at Golf Place Caribbean for the last four years. This is by far our favorite condo! The condo has been completely renovated and absolutely beautiful! Being on the fourth floor, you get a wonderful view of the ocean. This is also an end unit which was more private and away from the pool. It also has a larger porch, being on the end and has additional access to the porch from the side of the unit which was perfect for wheeling our wagon and storing it. The beach access is hard to beat! If you follow any of the 30 A Facebook groups you know that finding a place to stay with beach access is very hard. Not here! There are two private beach access points just a short walk across 30 a Highway. The unit itself is very large. The second bedroom had two queen beds, which is perfect for kids or two couples, plus the hall still has the bunks. The kitchen has been completely renovated and beautiful. It was well stocked with cooking supplies. The unit also comes with two bikes, which we did not use, but was an extra perk. The pools and amenities on this property are also wonderful! We love this area and will be back!

Great location
Great location, pleasantly decorated, beautiful views and beach, place was clean. We really enjoyed the pool and bikes as well. One thing to be aware of is that this is a 4th floor condo and the elevator is pretty slow. But we didn't mind and just did the stairs, and the view was worth it! We hope to stay again in the future!
