Had a Grayt stay!

We have been vacationing in the 30a area for years. We fell in love with the quiet, relaxed feel of this beautiful little place on the Florida coast. This trip did not disappoint! We had a wonderful trip to Grayton Beach for Spring Break. Do Grayt Things is an absolutely beautiful home just outside Grayton State Park. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental. Everything about the home is upscale and gorgeous. The beds were all super-comfortable. We were a group of 6, but this home has enough bed space for more. There was construction going on all over the 30A area including the neighborhood we were in, but we never heard a peep. Super quiet. The home is spacious, and everyone had room to spread out. Plenty of seating in the living area and dining area for family meals and game nights. Christopher Daniel, the property manager from 30a Escapes, stopped by to greet us when we arrived and was a great help. He made sure to let us know that if we needed anything that he was there to help-- always a text or phone call away. Would definitely rent again. Wonderful experience!

We will be back to Do Grayt Things!!

The Do Grayt Things home was a wonderful home away from home for our spring break. It was very beautiful, clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It could easily accommodate another family of 5 (bringing friends next time)! Favorites about this house were the ability to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, clothing and art stores. Loved having the shuttle for Seaside just a couple minutes walk down the street. The beach is 1.2 miles away so we did drive our car down to unload beach stuff and then were able to find parking in Old Grayton or up the street nearby. Rode bikes to the beach in the evenings and loved my walks in the mornings down to the beach and to get coffee. My kids only used the neighborhood pool once as it was not heated for spring break :( but it was a minute walk to it. Will definitely use it when we come back in summer. While there are other homes being constructed in the small neighborhood-- noise was never a factor or any traffic from workers. Overall- we fell in love with Grayton Beach and really enjoyed our stay at the Do Grayt Things house! Highly recommend it!

Perfect Location

This house is perfect for any group wanting to go to this area. A quick bike ride away from the beach. The house was so clean and nice. Check in was so easy and they were very quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again.

Do Grayt Things

Love this home--it worked out "GRAYT" for us! We actually stayed right across the street last year, and love having our vacation in this area due to the location. We love going to Grayton Beach State Park since it has the beach and lake for paddle boarding. We ride our bikes all up and down 30A...and enjoy exploring new food places along our bike routes. We just bring our since we go so far, so this place has a small garage--Too small for a normal car like all the garages in Florida but we were able to squeeze in behind the house and used the garage for all our gear as a staging point. We brought a hose with us to rinse off our stuff with...so I would recommend the host maybe invest in one for guests, along with perhaps a cart for the beach stuff. We had our own since we drove there, but I know other places we've stayed have those. The home is wonder and comfortable and the bed/showers are the best! Thank you for having this home as a wonderful option for us tourists...We love coming to Florida and appreciate the hospitality. Cheers!!

Family Vacay 2022
This was the perfect home for our 2022 family vacation. My husband, youngest daughter and myself have had several trips to Grayton and 30A over the last 15 years. Our older 3 children and spouses finally got to experience this lovely area. The home was perfect for us, and we loved that every room had its own bathroom. The master bath was huge and had a fabulous tub to soak in after a long day. Linens and bathrooms were all super clean, and beds were comfortable. I also loved the gas stove. The neighborhood was quiet, and pool was enjoyed by all of us. The house had extras that were very convenient. We used bikes, gas grill, extra beach chairs, outdoor shower. Good restaurants within walking distance, and shuttle stop just a 5 to 10 min. walk from the house. No regrets about our rental.

“Grayt” place to spend a vacation!

Plenty of space and everything was clean and fresh. Easy walk to restaurants, bakery, and shopping. Fantastic property management team! We had an issue with the washer and they went above and beyond to take care of the problem!

We loved our stay!! We normally stay closer to the beach but the Beach Bus makes the location so convenient!!! Great food and shopping just a short walk down the road. Owner communication is 10/10!!! They messaged to let us know that the dryer was not optimal. They offered laundry service and more towels if needed!! A relief to be aware of the situation going into our vacation, rather than finding out on our own. We actually didn’t even need the extra stuff, the dryer was fine for our use.

Great Family Vacation

I have stayed at several different locations in the area, but this one was by far my favorite! Walking distance to Black Bear, the beach tram and so many other spots. The pool was great for my kids. We came for an extended-family trip and it fit 4 different family units perfectly. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing Vacation Rental!!
I am so glad we found this vacation rental! It was clean, the layout was awesome, the rooms were big and each one had an en-suite bathroom. The quiet neighborhood with the pool was perfect for our kids ages. The tram to the beach is a walk away. The bikes were so fun! Can’t say enough good things! We will book again!
