This beautiful 30A vacation home is located in the exclusive Sugar Sand Village community of Seagrove Beach. It's just steps from some of the best beach access, boutiques, and restaurants on 30A. You'll love the private fenced in yard, pool, and fire pit area!
The layout of Seagrove Escape is as follows:
1st Floor features: A living room, dining room and kitchen with high-end beachy decor. You'll find an additional living/media room at the back of the house with the door that exits to backyard pool area. In addition, there's a Queen bedroom with hallway and full bath that is single vanity with tub/shower combo. Finally, the laundry is also located on this floor.
2nd Floor features: A beautiful King master bedroom with en suite (dual vanity with walk in shower) and office area. Guests enjoy walking out to the patio! Also on the 2nd floor is a large Queen bedroom and kid-friendly bunk room with twin/double beds. Finally, there's a full hallway bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo!
3rd Floor Loft Area features: A Queen bedroom. Please Note: This is only accessible via the Master Bedroom.

Important Things to know:
1) Travel insurance is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX only.
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
5) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.

Perfect place!
We went for a girls weekend, and the house was perfect! It is the perfect distance from restaurants and farmers markets. The backyard is amazing and perfect for entertaining! The house was very comfortable as well.

Q: How far is the walking distance to the beach.- Susan S. Posted: 01/25/2023A:Hi Susan, Thanks for your interest in this Seagrove Beach vacation rental! The beach access is about a 5 to 8 minute walk. Also, 4 bikes are included with Seagrove Escape so you can use those as well to get to the beach.

Utilizing the Timpoochee trail this would be close to (1) hour walk.
A short bike ride would be a quicker way to access the beautiful Seaside area.
