HP 315 Condo

By far the BEST unit!

I have been staying at High Pointe for over 10 years now. This is by far the BEST unit -- newly renovated, clean, well-stocked.  Our agent, Stephanie was extremely responsive and took care of our every need almost immediately. Ditto for the bike rental company. The code did not work and they e-mailed a new code within minutes of notifying them.

Awesome stay!
This was our 3rd year at high pointe but our first year in this condo. Normally we stay on the beachfront condos but decided to pay almost half of what those other units ran. We were not dissappointed! The condo fit our family of 6 extremely comfortably. Great location and well stocked. Already looking to book this for next year.

Perfect rental

We’ve stayed at High Point a handful of times and each in a different rental unit. This one has been the nicest in terms of renovations and open floor plan. The third bedroom was worth the extra money. Kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Having a separate laundry closet was nice too. Property trimmed the palm tree while we were there so the view of the ocean was great! Would rent again. Good for our family of 5 (3 kids under 4)

HP Unit 315 - CUTE AND CLEAN!
This was my first stay at High Pointe and we loved it. Unit 315 has is beautifully renovated. The kitchen has so much charm and is well stocked. The unit seemed very clean and fresh. The towels and sheets even seemed fresh, which was a very nice surprise. I would come back to High Point and stay in unit 315 again! 30A escapes was very easy to work with. My favorite part was getting a text message the morning of our arrival with a personal contact and summary information about check in. I was able to text this person directly a few questions in real time right when we were arriving. It was SO helpful and easy. They communication from 30A escapes via email and text was GREAT.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful, clean, and perfect location!

Our family had a great time staying in unit 315. There was plenty of space, the unit was beautiful and clean, and we liked our location on the property. It was the first unit we've stayed in where all of the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely be staying here again! My only suggestion would be to add a lamp near the large chair so that you can see to read - there was only one lamp in the living room space and it was on the end of the L-shape couch. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

AMAZING place on 30A

'HP 315' was one of the best places I have ever rented by far. Clean, comfortable, spacious and super close to beach and restaurants and shops. No complaints at all!

High Pointe - Unit 315

Great condo in High Pointe with a beautiful pool view. The four bikes were a big hit and were used every day. High Pointe is in a super location, and the three bedroom, three bath unit was perfect for our family.

Slept 8 comfortably!

Beautiful condo, conveniently located to anything you need. Slept 8 comfortably!! Love this location right on the beach with 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in rental. The area is very safe and the security was top notch!! Cannot wait to return to High Pointe!!

Couldn't Have been Happier!

Great property and great location! The kitchen was filled with more pots, pans and dishes than the 6 of us could ever use, and the layout of the kitchen made it easy for several of us to be in there at once. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep! Plenty of space for the 6 of us to sit in the living room AND on the balcony. The location was just steps from the swimming pool and it was less than a 5 minute walk from the condo’s front door to the chairs that were set up for us in the beach. The bikes were a nice added value that the kids enjoyed! I had a question about them and was able to get in touch with Saxon who had an immediate and helpful answer for me. We loved this condo and will definitely check to see if it’s available the next time we come to Rosemary Beach!

Great place in a great location!

Property was perfect for our family of 5 for the week; weather was unseasonably cool so didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked great. Place had everything we needed was very well kept/updated and comfortable for the week. In a great location Walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. and communication to property manager was great with easy check in/out instructions.

Awesome Family Trip

Our family of four had an amazing trip. This location is perfectly situated between the beach and amenities. Great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are all walking distance from here. It’s nice having the pool and the beach so close to one another. We literally have no complaints about this stay. We would absolutely rebook this same unit again.

Perfect for us

Can't beat the location. We didn't drive our care once the whole time we were there. Our 4 and 2 year old loved the pool. Having restaurant and beach right there was also incredible. Security was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay at HP 315

Paradise Found
HP 315 provided us a FANTASTIC week!!! Elegant and functional it allowed us to live away from home like we were at home. The close proximity to the beach and Crabby Steve’s allowed for easy access with delicious food and beverages. High Point is centrally located to the Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary Beach and a short drive to Publix. HP 315 is easily one I can return to soon!!

Quick Trip
Our first visit to High Point and happy we chose this unit. Very spacious and clean and very accessible to the beach and the pool. And the management company provided the codes when promised and were very responsive when needed. Will certainly visit again.

Fabulous Condo
Our family enjoyed staying in your lovely condo. The accommodations were perfect. The furnishings were modern and clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds so very comfy. The pool was close by and the white sandy beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning and drinks on the beach from Crabby Steves. It exceeded all our expectations and was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We will definitely rent this place for our next beach vacation.
