Aqua Waters

The property is spacious and comfortably fits a family of four. There are plenty of beds, and the upstairs balcony offers a full additional living area that feels like its own private retreat. The home is located directly in front of the community pool, just steps from the front door. It’s a beautiful house overall, and the beds are very comfortable. A quick note: it can get warm inside when cooking, so keep that in mind. We absolutely loved the amount of space. Please remember to bring your own soap and a trash bags, this is also mentioned in the lease, but consider this a friendly reminder. There is no public beach in the immediate area, but you do have access to the private beach about one mile away. It’s roughly a 10–15 minute walk. For convenience, Publix is also about one mile from the property, and we recommend shopping there instead of the nearby grocery store, which is pricier. Cooking at home and enjoying the amenities is a better option than dining out.

Remarkable wonderful vacation staying at Aqua Waters home by 30A Escapes. The home was extremely clean and equipped with all the amenities we ever expected with a huge home. The roof top deck hosted us every night for dinner or ball games. The short walk (or tram ride) to the private beach with access to chairs and umbrellas was a breeze!! The incredible gorgeous pool right outside our door made for easy relaxing during nap time for the little. The location was perfect and an easy bike ride (supplied) or simple walk to all nearby Rosemary & Alys restaurants. While we would like to keep this gem to ourselves, WE highly recommend Aqua Waters offered through 30A Escapes. Can’t wait to return to make more memories.

I was really tempted to not leave a review because everything about this property was PERFECT and I didn't want the secret to get out!!! But since I can't stay here 52 weeks a year, I guess I'll let everyone else know just how perfect this place was for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. This home is the perfect location!! The fact that the house leads right to the pool is such a plus! Also very close to the beach access! We were impressed with the house in all, however one thing was the first floor needed to be mopped and there were dust bunnies u see the couches which the little kids we traveled with found. But everything else was spotless! Great house!

Aqua Waters was perfect for our family birthday celebration. The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are well positioned, each with it's own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to park 3 cars in front of the house and the 4th on the street. The only negative comment is there was not a wine opener in the kitchen. Thank goodness I had packed one. This was our 5th time to stay in the Seacrest community, first time at Aqua Waters. I was pleasantly surprised at the presence of the security staff in the community and at the pool. We have already booked a return to Aqua Waters in the Spring 2024.

This house was perfect for our annual mom’s getaway! There was so much room and the lay out was great! We didn’t have the best weather so we used the upper level balcony a lot. We loved the swings and we played card games on the table up there. It was so nice to be out there while it rained. This house is so close to the pool and in walking distance to so much! Only thing we didn’t like was a 9am check out time. That was early! We will be back next year!

This property was great for our family. The teenagers stayed off of their devices and played ping-pong, rode bikes and enjoyed the beach.

Property is beautiful. The third floor deck was awesome. Playing ping pong, watching TV, playing cards, swinging in the day beds over the pool was so fun! We took a senior trip and the kids had a great time. 16 people fit nicely with nice showers, etc. The WiFi/cell/internet service is a challenge in that area of seacrest. We rebooted the WiFi devices by powering off the power strip to the left of the TV and the WiFi started working. The cell data service in that area was always bad. Also UBER does not pickup from that area. Both don’t reflect on the property. Just info for renters. Overall the property was even better than the pics, and seacrest is just so fun for teenagers. The 5 bikes are a nice perk. Someone did “borrow” one of our bikes so don’t forget to lock them up. I ended up renting 2 better bikes for the parents to ride. But the cruisers were great for the kids.

We had a wonderful time in this awesome home. It worked great for our large family and our kids loved the bunk room in the availability of bikes. The beach area is beautiful. Aqua Waters is a beautiful house. We loved everything about it. Lots of space for 13 of us. Right on the pools and maybe a two or three block walk to the beach. We will be back.

Great property and location! Property was immaculate, beds were comfortable with ice linens! Plenty of space to spread out. All Bathrooms were updated and well equipped! The 3rd level outdoor living space was FANTASTIC with TWO bed swings, refrigerator, bar, lounge chairs for sunning, table and ping pong table! The sound of the waterfall from the pool was an added bonus! The pool is literally steps from the house and the view is great! HIGHEST MARKS!

The use of 5 adult bikes was available. The back downstairs terrace looked out on to the lovely pool complex and the house was in walking distance of the beach. A great place for a party of 16 to holiday in.
