Beautiful unit and even better view. Had a few minor issues but these were addressed/corrected without hesitation by the 30A Escapes staff.

Very nice.!! We had everything we needed. While we were only 4, there is certainly plenty of room for a full house. If it would be possible, it would be nice to trim the front vegetation in order to have a little more beach view.

30a Escapes staff

We have stayed at many properties in the 30A area. This is the nicest we have found thus far. The unit is very large with lots of room for the family to spread out. The kitchen and other amenities are new and worked well. Balcony and view were great. Can't see the sand from the 2nd floor, but a perfect view of the water, sunrise and sunset. Very conveniently located between Seaside and Rosemary. Private beach access path adjoins the property and that section of the beach is very nice. Garage is spacious and also comes with two extra parking spots. Management team was very responsive and proactive. We will be back!

We have been coming to 30A for over twenty years and we have never stayed in the same condo or house twice. After staying at Three Amigos I think Iwe have found a place we want to stay in again! The condo is exceptional and the beach access is the easiest we have ever had.

We had a great stay at Three Amigos! Such easy access to the beach & we loved not having stairs (toddlers & elder). Our favorite feature was the cabana! It was basically like its own mini living space (aka tv, couch, full bathroom, mini fridge). We kept our beach towels & gear in there and it was so nice to have a FULL bathroom. It is definitely the added plus. The pool was pretty cold but we still swam on the hot days! We would gladly book here again. Thanks!

Everyone in our party loved the space and the location. We were able to use the cabana to put our beach items that was ideal. All of the bedrooms were spacious with their own bathrooms which was very nice. Highly recommend!

I have been vacationing in the Destin to Panama City Beach area for many years and Three Amigos has been by far the best home I have ever stayed in. The views are spectacular, the beach is second to none, the pool and cabana were amazing and the home itself is absolutely beautiful. We had 2 families with a total of 8 people and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep and live for the week. There is a very large refrigerator/freezer and an ample amount of cabinet space, we cook for every meal so that is a big deal for us. I can not say enough about Three Amigos, if you are planning a beach trip this is the place to stay, and there is an elevator!!

The condo was wonderful. Nicely decorated, lots of space. Huge private rooms. Huge laundry room that doubled as our bar. Even in Juy not too many people on the beach. From the nice big balcony, vegetation from the dunes hides the view of the sand. You can see the water, but not the beach, except for in the far corner of the balcony. It was a great place. I would definitely go back.

After 40 years of beach trips we have finally found the ultimate property! Top quality construction finishes, efficient cooling system, comfortable beds, additional media room, gourmet kitchen and appliances, kid friendly covered pool and relaxing balcony… all with elevator access into the unit. Can’t wait for our next vacation!

Perfect location with less crowds! Easy access to Seaside and Rosemary but really enjoyed the less crowded beach. Well designed home and comfortable beds. Met a few of the locals owners and they were so friendly. Really enjoyed our week!

Our stay at Three Amigos was wonderful. Beautiful condo with great ocean views and plenty of space for three couples and four kids, ages six and under. We would definitely stay here again. The pool cabana was great to have for the convenience of the restroom. We loved the extra refrigeration and freezer drawers in the laundry room. The beach was awesome and not crowded (much more busy just a bit further down!)  Great convenience to visit surrounding areas we love like Seaside and Rosemary. - Garage was convenient for beach toy storage. - Pool is a tad small but there was never another party using it at the same time so it worked great for us. - ice maker was amazing to have! Overall it was a beautiful property and we can’t wait to plan our next trip! This is our second 30A Escapes Rental and will keep staying with them. Great experience!

We loved our stay at the Three Little Birds. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels. Another plus, the location is perfect if you want to be between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The golf cart and the bikes were a huge hit. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept.

I don’t know where to begin. We’ve been coming to 30A for 23 years with our three boys-now all young adults. There is now a wife, two serious girlfriends (I hope they become wives) and two grandchildren. Our family of 5 has doubled in size! This home was wonderful for our big family. Everyone had they own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The media room was the perfect bedroom for the 2 year old. We put the 1 year old in the large walk-in closet. Don’t judge-she slept great! ? The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked most of our meals. The extra refrigeration drawers in the utility room was perfect for drinks. We also loved having the ice maker for extra ice. It was nice having two kitchen sinks. Both faucets are motion activated. It took us a day or so to figure them out. ? The convenience to the beach was FIVE STARS! Since it was a private beach, we didn’t have the crowds. The home description says there are 5 bathrooms. It took us a couple of days before we realized it was in the private cabana! We didn’t have to go up to the condo for the bathroom. So convenient! We didn’t use the pool. The water was too cold for us Texans. The ONLY thing this home didn’t have was a grill. Again, we’ve come to this area for years and have stayed in some very nice places. We’ve always had access to a grill. For this caliber of home, there really should be an outdoor cooking area. In the end, we will definitely return to this home—-at least until we outgrow it by having more grandchildren!

This is our 2nd visit to Three Amigos. We relish the peace and quite this property offers. It’s a private setting with every possible amenity. The porch is priceless with only the water lapping for background noise. We appreciate the simple elegance of the décor. It’s the location and the cleanliness that keep us coming back. 30a escapes has been good to work with during both of our stays.

Loved this property! Great location in Seagrove Beach. Spacious condo. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. The faucets in the kitchen were touch activated, which (I’m embarrassed to admit) took two days for us to figure this out. I LOVED cooking in this beautiful kitchen. I will definitely be returning to this property!
