We checked in on a Friday and out on a Tuesday. We all wished that we we were staying longer! The bedrooms were lovely , the pools were refreshing and we all enjoyed the LSV and the bikes made going to the beach close. The host was responsive! We would definitely consider a stay again!

Absolutely wonderful!! A definite treasure for a large group as with the many bedrooms super comfy king sized beds are a plus along with the many bathrooms. The convenience of The Hub and cute shops within a few feet also make it a plus. We loved the Fusion exercise facility also in walking distance!! The place was immaculate and extremely spacious. Used the golf cart and bikes to get to the beautiful beaches. Rosemary Beach as well as Seaside a very short drive away. Also used the 2 pools that are available with 1 being steps from the house. Look very forward to returning here soon:-)

We had the pleasure of staying in this exquisite beach vacation home and it far exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated, well appointed and plenty of room for everyone, yet still provides privacy with numerous bedrooms with en suite baths. Extremely comfortable accommodations, lovely balconies, and the bikes and golf cart were awesome! The nearby Hub market was great for meals and shopping. Close to the pristine beach, quiet community but not stuffy. It was a dream and we look forward to returning! Highly recommend this home- you will not be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for our family — plenty of space to gather, but also spots to unwind quietly. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed mornings on the balconies and evenings walking to the shops and restaurants at The Chill. The beach access was super convenient — just a short golf cart ride away — and the water was stunning. The hosts thought of every detail and were wonderful to communicate with from start to finish. We’ve stayed in several homes along 30A, but this one truly stood out for its comfort, style, amenities, and location. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great family vacation this past week with 11 members of our family. The home was everything as advertised. We were notified that the ice maker wasn't working, but they had a countertop replacement available without asking. The service man came while we were there but couldn't fix it. However, the service and responsiveness were great, as they ensured it didn't negatively impact our stay.

The company was very responsive and did a great job of making sure every need was met. There was a hiccup with our original booking and the replacement knocked our shoes off. Great upgrade and was even better in person. They definitely made up for the inconvenience and then some. We had a great time at our rental and we will definitely be back soon!

This beautiful house is in an amazing area. Wonderful patios, very very comfortable beds, and spacious. This house is stunning inside. The big chill has wonderful entertainment, music, and great food in the area. Bikes and golf cart were a bonus! We will be back for sure.

My wife and I are repeat renters to "Gloria's Gem" and this was our best experience to date. The house is pristine and in excellent condition. More than enough room for a fun weekend with family and friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out this rental property in Prominence! I decided to have a getaway management meeting in this area of Florida. The house and location were fantastic! The common areas of the house fit our needs well, and the rooms with in-suite baths allowed for ample privacy when we needed a break from one another. No complaints, and would definitely recommend.

We had the perfect weekend with our son getting married at Eden Gardens State Park. Our family and friends were all able to stay together in this house. It was perfect. We had a blast spending time together and then going to the beach, the hub, using the golf cart, and then going to the Donut Hole made the weekend perfect. Perfect layout and very clean house. The house is decorated beautifully. The location is terrific (one house /lot from the pool) and central to all of 30A. The management company was fantastic and great to work with! We had a large family and there were plenty of places to to visit. We hated to leave! Highly recommend to large families!

Beautiful home that fit our family perfectly. The pools are very close and large. The Hub is an easy walk up the street and the golf cart was very nice to have!

I had high expectations coming into our weekend trip to this property. I can tell you with 100% confidence that this house exceeded all expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous with extremely comfortable finishes, the beds are amazing, the location is off the charts. There’s a free beach shuttle, and literally two blocks away are a series of incredible restaurants, wine bar and live music. If you’re not familiar with this part of Florida, it is exploding with construction and restaurants/entertainment. This house is the perfect balance between access to tons of fun all round you and being able to relax in a gorgeous dream home. IF it’s available, book it!

Gloria provided us the most perfect vacation experience along with my family and dear friends! Everything we needed was in walking instance which includes incredible food, superb shopping, and of course a fabulous happy hour. This home has an amazing kitchen that is ready to cook for a large family with a beautiful dining area inside or out! The home is very spacious and all rooms and bathrooms with en suites made it more comfortable traveling with friends. We truly enjoyed biking around the beautiful neighborhood and the wide sidewalks provided us room to roam to the neighboring communities. The beach access was wonderfully filled with scenic sand dunes and was a 3 minute ride via the golf cart! We had 2 pools to choose from and even a gym that we used! This home has a great view of one of the pools and corner windows to soak in all views! And I must say that the clean, modern decor of this home was so nice, yet felt like a cozy home away from home! I cannot wait to return to Gloria for another vacation in the Fall !

We had an amazing time at this home!! There were 4 separate families and we really appreciated having enough private bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The bunk room was perfect. We loved the Hub area - it was nice to be able to walk to lunch or dinner, ice cream, etc. The manager and maintenance team were very responsive with all of our questions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to accommodate a big group. Thanks so much!

We had a great time at this property which was beautiful well-maintained and super clean in a great location. With 16 people staying for five nights the house never seemed overcrowded and the way it was laid out was extremely workable for such a large group. The golf cart, bikes and other extras were a bonus!

We spent a long weekend in this house- spotless and elegantly decorated. I love that all bedrooms have SUPER COMFORTABLE KING BEDS and their own private bath. Prominence is perfect for our family- my husband enjoyed the beer and burger bar while our kids felt safe and independent on their bikes to and from the Hub. Great location, beautiful home and very comfortable vacation style community. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! So close to lots of things, and it was great to have a golf cart and bikes to get around instead of always having to take a car. There was a ton of space in the house that accommodated all of us. All around a great place to stay, definitely 5 stars!!!
