Step inside a spacious, open-concept home with thoughtfully designed interiors and plenty of room to gather. The first-floor living area features a plush sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV and beautiful views of the private backyard. French doors connect the living room to the outdoor entertaining spaces, making it easy to move between the two. The adjoining kitchen and dining areas provide a welcoming setting for spending time together.

The kitchen at NamaStay is designed for everything from morning coffee to preparing a family dinner. Featuring an oversized center island, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and fully equipped wet bar, it offers plenty of space to cook and entertain. The adjoining dining area seats 6, with additional seating at the island and outdoor dining area.

1st Floor:

• Primary King Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV and En-Suite with dual vanities, soaking tub & walk-in shower
• Powder Room: Conveniently located off the kitchen

2nd Floor:

• Primary King Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony and En-Suite with dual vanities & walk-in shower
• Front Queen Guest Suite: Queen bed, private balcony and En-Suite with single vanity & shower/tub combo.
• Rear Queen Guest Suite: Queen bed and En-Suite with single vanity and walk-in shower.

3rd Floor:

• Bunk Room: Custom-built Queen-over-Queen bunks beds, flat-screen TV, private balcony and En-Suite with single vanity & walk-in shower

Located in Seacrest West, NamaStay offers a convenient home base for exploring some of Scenic Highway 30A's most popular communities. Take the provided bikes for a ride through Alys Beach, browse the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach or head to The Big Chill for live music, casual dining and family-friendly entertainment.

• Alys Beach: Known for its beautiful white architecture, scenic green spaces and local dining
• Rosemary Beach: Charming streets, boutique shopping, restaurants and coffee shops
• The Big Chill: A lively gathering spot offering dining, live entertainment and family-friendly activities

*** OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ***

• Travel Insurance is NOT included but can be purchased separately.
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment.
• Pool heating is only available between September 1 and April 30.
• Waiver required to get access to the 7 provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• LSV (Low Speed Vehicles) are NOT allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• There are active cameras on the front porch and on the right side of the house. There is a disconnected (inactive) camera facing the back yard and pool area.
