Family Tradition

Fabulous house!
This house is fabulous! It is located on a cul-de-sac, great for kids with six bicycles provided. The heated pool has a special slope designed for small children which my granddaughter loved. The kitchen has top of the line appliances with two large refrigerators available. Also, an outdoor grill, fireplace and patio T.V. Which we really enjoyed. Everything is new-the beds, linens, furniture are all so comfortable and the house is decorated beautifully. The walls are finished ship lap. It makes me want to go home and redecorate. There is plenty of space with a great room on the second level for games, T.V. watching with some refrigerator. I liked the idea of 6 full bathrooms with the 6 bedrooms and half bath. We recommend this house and hope to be back soon!!

Perfect for our stay!
We have vacationed in this area more than 20 times and have stayed in some very nice properties, none as nice as this one. The property is very convenient to shopping and dining, and the beach is about a 2 minute walk, with private access to the beach. The house is a lot more than we expected, there is plenty of room, an open concept on the main floor, but plenty of space for individuals to have private time. My favorite spot is the back patio with the tv, grill and fireplace, as well as the heated pool. The listing is accurate, the pictures reflect the actual house, we were still surprised when we checked in at how really nice this house is. The property was clean, the house is new all the furnishings are new. I would certainly recommend this property to all my friends and family, Royal destinations representatives were very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. We can't wait to return to 30A and to reserve this property.

Beautiful upscale beach house
This home is perfect! We have stayed many places and this one is by far the best! The home is beautiful, very spacious, and in a great location. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom, which makes it perfect for multiple families to stay here. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to cook. We got so much use out of the pool because we could heat it, since we stayed in the winter. The beds and furniture were all super comfortable and the house was very clean! The beach is a 1-2 minute walk and the area is very quaint and easily accessible by bike. I highly recommend this house and we will be back soon!

Pelican Glide
My recent stay was so enjoyable for several reasons. Most important to me is the closeness to the beach allowing me to watch the sunrise and sunset. The weather was on the cooler side, however, a heated pool was the perfect answer to get a daily swim in. The well appointed interior is luxurious. Comfort of the bed prompted a good night’s sleep. The hosts were readily available when I had a question. Book your stay now, you’ll be so glad you did!

Great Family Tradition

Great home for a great family vacation!
We hope to make this rental, "Family Traditions", a family tradition. Pre-trip information was provided and very helpful in planning our stay. The home was perfect for our family of 16. It had lots of open space, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor cooking area, and a pool! We were provided with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. We had no issues but were contacted several times during our stay to make sure all was well. The area is quiet, and the beach is a very short walk. The home was beautiful and even better than the pictures represent. Thanks for a great experience.

Wonderful Girls' Vacation
We booked Family Tradition for a group of 8 women, and the house was perfect. Plenty of areas to gather together including a sectional sofa in LR, outdoor pool, and huge dining room table. The bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) were extra spacious. Location was a quick walk to the private beach - just across the street. The kitchen had everything needed to make a special meal. Most of all, the home was immaculate! I have rented plenty of homes over the years, and this was by far the cleanest one yet. 30aescapes was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. If you are looking for a great home in a prime location, this is it!
