Welcome to 'Shared Blessing' located in beautiful Inlet Beach! This property is perfectly located just steps to 30A, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach! You will be in the prime location to access the beach at the end of the street, just a 5 minute walk from the property. 30Avenue is just a quick 5 minute bike ride and has tons of local boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. The Rosemary town square is just a short 5 minute walk from the property which also has ample shopping and restaurants galore! 

The first floor of the main house has an open concept living, kitchen and dining areas. The dining table seats six with four additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen has ample counter space and top of the line appliances, perfect for gathering! Head on up the stairs to the second floor of the main house where you will find two guest bedrooms, one king and one bunk room. The king guest suite has balcony access as well as a private en suite including a shower/tub combo. The bunk room has one twin over twin and one twin over full bunk and sleeps 5 guests. The bunk room has a shared bathroom with a shower. Additionally there is a seating area at the landing with a TV, perfect area for the kids to hang out. 

On the third floor of the main house you will find the master suite complete with a king size bed and private en suite which includes a shower and soaking tub. Another king guest room completes this level with a private en suite fit with a shower and soaking tub. At the landing of the third floor you will find a refreshment station complete with a coffee maker and mini fridge, perfect for late night drinks or early morning coffee without having to go down to the first floor. 

The carriage house is detached from the main house and the pool separates the two. You enter the carriage house by stairs on the side, above the garage. This carriage house has one guest bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom with one sink and stand up shower. The living room is cozy and has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchenette completes this carriage with a dishwasher, stove top range, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave.

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. 
6) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.  
7) Waiver must be signed to utilize the golf cart.
8) Guests do not have access to garage space below the carriage house.  
9) Parking for 4 vehicles.
