Get ready to have the ‘Thyme’ of your life in this award winning ChiMar construction home in Seacrest Beach! Beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and heavy crown molding throughout. This three story, five-bedroom home includes 3 king beds, bunk room with twin over full bunk beds, a third floor loft with a queen bed and a twin pull out sofa, 5 full bathrooms and one half bath. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom! Wonderful outdoor living on the balconies and fantastic grilling and dining on the back patio.
This great neighborhood is situated between Alys and Rosemary Beach and is a short tram ride or walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A fabulous 12,000 square foot waterfall pool is also one of the many amenities Seacrest Beach has to offer.

4) 6 Backpack Beach Chairs are provided, please return at departure.

Justin truly defines customer service , at its best . He was willing to go ahead of us , to our rented beach house , to ensure all was perfect . He knew our last experience, and was personally dedicated to making this house , and vacation , the best we have ever had , and .... he succeeded. I have sent his contact info to a vacation specialist in Nashville, as well as my other friends , whom visit 30A on a regular basis ... we will only book thru your agency going forward ??

Our stay at Beach Thyme was fantastic!
Our stay at Beach Thyme was fantastic! The house was centrally located and an easy stroll to the pool or Seacrest Village. The tram to take you to the beach was a short walk away. We were missing twin sheets for a roll-away bed and after a call to 30A escapes, it arrived in less than 15 minutes! Great customer service! Will use 30A Escapes again!

Why Stay Anywhere Else?
We have stayed in this house more than once. We have also seen many other houses on 30A. I can tell you that this house is absolutely beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could ever need. It was decorated by a professional and it is stunning. It is cleaner than clean. The beds are out of this world comfortable. We all slept like a baby. ( In fact we would like to order the mattresses for our own home.) The bikes that come with the rental are so fun to bike all over Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys. We never had to wait on the golf cart to pick us up for the beach more than a few minutes. You are about 10 minutes from the Publix grocery store so in case you need to run to the store it is no big deal. But, you can really get anything you need right in Seacrest. The back yard area provides the perfect amount of privacy to enjoy your coffee in the morning and relax in the evening after a day at the beach. I just can't say enough about Beach Thyme! Fantastic Property
Overall the house was perfect considering the size of our group. There was plenty of space and the home was very comfortable! Pool and beach access was easy to navigate and the neighborhood was very beautiful! Would definitely stay at this Seacrest Beach rental again!!

Beach Thyme
Loved our home in Seacrest Beach. The home comfortably fit all 11 of us. The pool is gorgeous and the beach was great. Loved the transportation to the beach on the tram. We used the 5 bikes included in our stay almost daily. We definitely will be staying in this neighborhood again and will use 30A Escapes.com to book our next vacation

Great house and super close to everything
