One of the Best Vacations Ever!

This vacation was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trips that I have ever taken and I love the awesome pool and my friends and I loved the hot tub as well. The security guards were some of the nicest people and gave us no trouble at all.

Kimi Homa was one of the nicest and sweetest lady's ever. She was one of the most helpful people this trip. We had alight bulb out in the master bathroom half way through the week and when we got in touch with her she was over within the half hour. I will definitely be renting properties with her in the future and also with 30a escapes. Thank you Kimi for all the help you have made me want to come back.

Excellent location!

Right next to Seacrest and Rosemary retail areas...huge pool...and Crabby Steve's right on site.  The condo was very sufficient for our stay with family of four. If someone is looking for a very good rate for four, this is a good place.  Communication, service and booking process were excellent!

Great place to stay
We loved the space by the beach. We were a short walk from shops and restaurants. The pool was great too. Everything was as advertised.

Highpointe Break

The property was well furnished and fitted with everything we needed. Easy walk to beach and loved having Crabbie Steve's Gulf Front Bar & Grill on site.

Perfect ground floor condo
This was our first time staying in this condo. My grandsons, age 4 and 18 months, were with us on this trip. The ground floor location was perfect. There is green space between the condo and the pool. We played frisbee and threw the football. I had taken some bubbles to blow for them and they enjoyed that also. Christy was amazing to work with. She even greeted us at the condo and made sure all was well. The condo provided 2 bikes, which we enjoyed. I highly recommend this condo!

High Pointe is the Best on 30A

Nice unit, ground floor at HP is a major plus. Only steps to pool. We love HP and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Location

Just returned from a week's stay at HP 124. The unit was clean and in good condition - we loved being on the first floor, just a few steps from the pool! Property Managers were super easy to work with and checked on us a couple of times. Kitchen was well appointed, it was a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Great Time Away

We loved our stay at 'HP124'! We did have issues with washer and dryer, but honestly- a first world problem, and 30A Escapes helped out right away. Location is phenomenal and pool is beautiful! Thanks for a great week!

Girls trip

We came down for a girls long weekend and had the best time. The location is great! We loved the opportunity to have the pool when the weather was cloudy and rain showers, but just a quick walk to the beach for the sunny days. And we loved having crabby Steve’s to grab a to go lunch and drinks while hanging out on the beach all day. We didn’t have to drive anywhere at night for dinner because the location is ideal for walking and being close to Rosemary and all it’s options, or a bit longer walk to Citizen wasn’t bad either, just maybe wear sensible shoes. We all agreed we will be back to High Pointe Resort!

Great spot for young families!

We loved our stay here. Location was a 10/10, especially with very young kids. The pool was literal steps away and it was a short walk to the beach, and afterward we could pull the wagon right up to the patio instead of having to drag it through the entry and into the condo. It was so clean and spacious — hoping to stay again next year!

Great condo! Perfect first floor location!

Loved the location! Condo was clean. First floor is such a great location to everything! Right by the pool and entrance. Would suggest more plastic cups (everything is glass and no glass is allowed outside of the condo).

HP 124

Unit was great, pictures were accurate Clean, easy to access, good communication Only minor issue we noticed was WiFi seemed to go out often at the unit and needed to be reset. Would stay again!

Great location

Perfect location, close to everything. Kids love Crabby Steve’s. Nice to be able to walk out sliding door to the pool. Only thing would be to add darker curtains or blinds to the master bedroom. The curtains were a little too see through.

Great Location and amenities
The property location and amenities was fantastic! a short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside the sliders! The condo had all of our needs. It could use a few updates. We did have issues with the wifi but they did offer to come and fix it for us.
