Plenty of Room and Nice Decor

My experience with the team member was very pleasant and helpful.  Guest services is very important I think and they were very accommodating and pleasant.  Swing was nice, plenty of room, decor was nice.

The property was exactly as described and portrayed in the photos, if not better. The 30A Escapes property manager was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of. She even stopped by to introduce herself in person. It was great to have bikes to use during our stay and being right next to the pool was an added bonus. I can't say enough great things about this house and we will definitely rent this 30A property again!

Relax and enjoy

The house was clean and there was plenty of room. Very quiet area but close to seaside. Would definitely use this place again. So nice.

Perfect Getaway

The house is lovely. The bedrooms are a good size with nice bathrooms. Loved the large kitchen to hang out in with family. The golf cart was such a nice convenience to get us around the Seagrove Beach area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for teens

We loved the accessibility of Seaside, the beach, and the grocery. We used the golf cart and bikes every day. The house is sooo cute. Especially loved the huge kitchen and porch. Our teens felt safe and went to Seaside each night to get ice cream. Only downside is street noise early in the morning in the master, but we could deal with it. Loved our stay!!

Perfect Beach House

The pool was never crowed. The golf cart and bike made it super easy to travel to the beach and explore the town of Seaside. Perfect location. The house was lovely as was the decor. It was super clean and kinda fancy, but cozy at the same time. We can’t wait to visit again.

Heaven in the Hammocks

Adorable house in a gorgeous quiet small neighborhood. Convenient to beaches and shopping. Loved it - would stay here again!

Overall, 9.5 House!

This house has it all! The common areas are as large as they look on line. We had plenty of room for 8. The bathrooms are large. The beds are super comfy. The golf cart was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect! Just so you can plan well…two large SUVs would not fit in the parking pad but our mid size SUVs fit. I read other reviews complaining about the traffic noise. While I could hear cars from time to time, it was not bothersome at all. This place is wonderful!!

Beautiful Home

This property is incredible. We were able to park 2 mid size SUVs in the driveway and used the golf cart (and also rented an additional golf cart) to get around the area. It was such an easy drive to Publix, the beach, Seaside, The Hub, and 30A Coastside. I would highly recommend staying at this home. If you are sensitive to cars driving by I recommend not staying in the master bedroom (I easily was able to use a fan noise on my phone to cancel out the noise). The movie room upstairs is super cool, but isn’t a smart TV so we never used it. However the home is decorated beautifully, the gated community is spectacular and makes you feel like you are in your own home in paradise. This is truly a great home. We had 3 couples (6 adults) and 2 kids under 5. Fit us perfectly! Would stay again.

Great Girls Weekend

Beach Break

The home was perfect for us. Abundant room for us, well decorated and had plenty of amenities. Close to Publix and .4 Mike to the beach, it was perfect. The golf cart is a big plus.

Clean and Spacious

From the second we opened the door we were beyond pleased with this house. It is nicer in person than the listing photos and each room was spaced out well so we never felt crowded. The mattresses and linens in the rooms with king beds were soft and comfortable and the curtains blocked all the light, which is nice for kids who nap. The golf cart was a must have and we used it several times a day. We loved the home was right next to the pool but spent the most time swinging on the front porch. It rained the entire week we were there, so this porch brought solace and room for outdoor activities despite the heavy rain.

HOME WAS AWESOME!!

From the minute I walked in I felt at home it was clean, nice smell, and very well decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and clean. Little tricky for the door code but once you get use to it it was no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation
Beautiful home! Very clean! Wonderfully comfortable beds! Upstairs loft took some time to cool down. So nice that the golf cart came with the house. Parking is tight. Overall great stay!
