This house was perfect for us! We have 5 adult/teen kids plus a spouse, 8 total, and—though we could have accomodated more guests, everyone was so happy with their space. Everything was very comfortable (bedding, furniture) and well appointed- from pool toys to kitchen gadgets. The pool was my favorite if the houses we’ve rented- shady during the hottest time of day. There was a lot of seating inside and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We appreciated the larger sized pool (compared to other rentals) and the bikes that came with the rental. The driveway is a very nice size that could accommodate several vehicles, if needed. The wi-fi worked very well. The only negatives in the house were in the kitchen. One drawer in the refrigerator could not be opened. The racks in the oven seem to slope forward. Most of the pots and pans have been well used and need to be replaced. We could not locate a measuring cup and would have appreciated more lidded plastic or glass storage for leftovers/food items we prepared in the kitchen. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with relatively minor issues in the kitchen.

This place was just perfect for 5 adult couples. Each couple had their own king bed and en suite. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our spring break experience at this property. It definitely has space for teens to have their own space, such as the carriage house and the outdoor patio and pool. Having bikes included makes getting around so enjoyable. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We definitely would recommend this to everyone looking to stay in Rosemary Beach

This property was perfect for our group! We took full advantage of the pool, large kitchen, bikes, outdoor fireplace in the evenings and cozy beds! We cooked dinner several nights and never lacked space in the refrigerator(s) or for any kitchen necessities! Getting to the beach was quick and easy, either walking or biking! Hope to be back and rent this home again!

This house was so perfect! Aside from all the indoor space, we absolutely loved hanging out on the patio. Family and friends could be outdoors enjoying the pool or relaxing in the rocketing chairs with some shade and still be apart of the activities. We had a 4 month old so it was perfect for her too. Older kids had the carriage house - it was just a very comfortable home and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds were actually comfortable too! Plenty of space for our family and could definitely accommodate multiple families as well. Rosemary Beach is such a fun place to visit. If you have little ones, plan on renting a burley kid trailer that you can attach to the bikes provided at the house. My 4 year old loved it!!

House is very well equipped and decor is beautiful with high-end finishes. Great linens and beds were comfortable! Justin, our property manager, was perfect and lightning fast with responses! The pool was a good size(not small) and the fountain into the pool was very soothing! Carriage house was just as nice as the main house! EXTRA ITEMS TO NOTE NOT ON THE LISTING: -In the kitchen: 2 dishwashers, 2 wine coolers, freestanding ice maker -2 washers/dryers in main house and another set in carriage house -All 3 bedrooms on 2nd level have KING beds -5 bikes not 4 (yay!) -Outdoor shower in pool area plus a separate half bath outside for the pool. -Approx 10 beach towels in the laundry room -The loft of the Carriage house has 2 twin beds! We stay in Rosemary Beach at least four times a year and this was by far our best experience to date. The house was awesome. The house manager was great to work with. This was our families favorite trip.
