My family stayed here the first week of June (2024) and it was absolutely amazing! The home was beautiful and clean, the backyard pool area is spacious and perfect for hanging out, the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. The location of the beach access was an easy walk and less crowded since it isn’t a public access. Communication with 30AEscapes was easy and thankfully we didn’t have any issues arise. There is a pool alarm (per state law) that goes off if you don’t push a button before exiting into the pool area. There is no button on the outside to also prevent the alarm when re-entering the home so that would be my only (tiny) complaint. My family all had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Spacious, clean, supplied well, kitchen was great and the outdoor space was such a nice retreat. Enjoyed the bikes and the walk to the beach was easy. I do suggest…if you want to spend a lot of time at the beach, that you use a chair/ umbrella rental. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet.

The floorplan of this home was perfect for our 3-family group (6 adults and 5 kids 4 and under). Beach access was also terrific and the private pool had a large shallow end which was perfect for our toddlers. Management company was responsive to any requests we had as well. Rental came with some beach gear, high chair and bikes which was very helpful.

This is an informative review so read for details - pool floats -5 beach chairs- lots of sand toys for kids- beach wagon- corn hole boards- STOCKED kitchen- pack.n.play- baby gate and SO MUCH more that is at the house for you already. The walk to the beach is super easy especially with kids! Didn't take long at all. If you have small kids there is an alarm at the door that goes to the pool so they will not be able to slip out without you knowing and that was such an amazing feature. The bedrooms are nice and there are plenty of towels stocked in each bathroom. We had such an amazing week with this house and will rent again in the future. No complaints from us at ALL!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous house! We lived outside on the patio/pool/covered area with dining table, chairs, lounge chairs, grill- just wonderful! The back yard is fenced and it was nice to bring our dog. The house is located at the end of a quiet street with a one car garage, spacious kitchen and living area. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. Ice maker and small bar area too. The large master bedroom and bath is on the first floor. There are two other large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the second floor. Third floor has a bunk bedroom with bean bags/comfy chairs and a bathroom- great for kids. Two balconies facing the street on the front of the house and one larger balcony on the back of the house overlooking the pool- great spot for coffee in the morning with couch & chair with ottoman. Beach is a short walk away. Beach chairs, bikes, wagon, umbrella in the garage. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay in this 30A Seacrest home. The proximity to the beach was great and the spacious backyard was perfect. We had a small dog and we’re happy to find a nice place to stay with her!

The pool area and outdoor space is AMAZING. The open concept living/kitchen just made it so easy and comfortable for our family. We will come back again and again. Beach access it very close- walking distance. Just a quick bike ride from the fabulous Aly’s beach. And easy access to the highway and about an 8 minute drive to Publix. The location was perfect. The garage was equipped with everything we needed. Bikes, pool floats, beach chairs. There were even baby gates and high chairs in the utility closet for our little one. It had everything you needed to have a relaxing stay. We brought our 2 poodles with us and it was easy and safe for them to go out and potty/ go on walks. Safe little quiet street.

My family of four enjoyed this property immensely for distanced school and work. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 30A, the house is a short drive or bike between Seagrove and Alys/Rosemary Beaches. Beach access is <5 minute walk across 30A via a private easement. Compared to other beach homes, we really enjoyed this layout with a bedroom, salt water pool (we opted to heat it) and living area all on the main floor. Much less stair climbing - so easy. The home’s fixtures and furnishings are among the best we’ve found in rental properties, and it was very clean. The property management team was responsive as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very well laid out for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. All the furnishings in the house were well taken care of and it was beautifully decorated. We especially loved how large and well stocked the kitchen was. The pool and back yard were phenomenal. The area was so beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The location of this property is amazing too, especially if you're looking for a more private vacation. It's a very short walk to a more private beach area and we had a large space to ourselves on the beach each day. We can't wait to go back!

Just returned home after spending a week at this beautiful property in Seacrest Beach. The house was everything and more than we expected. The location to the beach was close enough to walk, even when carrying all the essentials for a 5 month old baby. The private pool was a blessing during the current Covid pandemic, and we had no issues keeping ourselves distanced from others even while on the beach or taking our bike rides! The house is beautiful and comfortable for everyone ages 5 months to 65...... definitely was a GREAT choice for our family.

This beautiful home looks like it is out of a magazine! We had two families staying here and more than enough space. We had everything we needed to cook, make drinks, etc., and we were a few blocks from the beach. We will be back!!!

This property fit our needs perfectly. Our property manager was great to work with and made the process very easy. We enjoyed the backyard and pool which provided privacy and great entertainment space. We did use the heated pool option and that made a big difference since the weather was on the cooler side. The beach is right down the street (4 minute walk right across 30A) This home is situated about a 20-25 minute walk to Rosemary Beach so walking or riding bikes is very doable to enjoy all the area has to offer. Bikes are provided as are beach chairs etc. If you are looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of some of the surrounding areas this is your home. The home was clean and decorated very nicely and had everything you needed to call this home for the time you are there!
